1 /5 kenneth. .millican: The doctor I see is great. The appointment people are horrible. An appointment scheduled a year out gets cancelled and rescheduled with no regard to the patients work or personal life only a few weeks before. Not once but every appointment for about two years. Doctor great. Schedule people, inconsiderate, unprofessional, rude.

1 /5 Mikey Wallbanger: The worst VA I have ever been to. They have a number to call, but it routes directly to Shreveport. Need to make an appointment? Call Shreveport. Need ANY sort of attention? Just go to Shreveport. This place shouldn’t exist with how terribly it’s ran. All patients have to be routed through Shreveport anyway.

5 /5 ron sheppard: I’m obligated to say good things about the folks at the Longview VA Clinic. They have saved my life more than once (really) and are the best in my experience with any medical issues I have ever had. Thanks to everyone there .

1 /5 David Kraft: This clinic is TERRIBLE!! They are no help. You tell them your concerns and they completely ignore you. I didnt need labs, I need to authenticate my MyHealthEVet account. Ill be transferring to the Tyler clinic and hope someone there will actually listen to the veterans that come in.
