5 /5 Mike Matthews: Extremely well cared for when I went into the ER with a life threatening event. I would say their Trauma team is one of the best in the country. They literally saved my life twice in the past 3 years. The recent event involving the ER staff, hospitalist, supporting providers, the 4th floor nurses and staff seem to care for me like they would their own family. They are very much appreciated.

5 /5 Larry Michels: I experienced a profuse nose bleed while shopping at a store near the hospital. I went to the E R and was promptly treated to stem the blood flow. I was taken to an observation area where I remained for about 45 minutes to be sure the bleeding hadn’t resumed. The staff made a follow up appointment at the Marshall hospital. (Where I live). I haven’t had any problems since .

2 /5 Kelvin Williams: Dr. Sneed was the worst emergency room doctor I have ever experienced during my lifetime. When she confirmed what I suspected my diagnosis was, she didn’t even try to start a treatment. She tried to discharge me and didn’t even go over my lab results. I went into the ER the Friday after Thanksgiving and she was going to try and make me wait until Wednesday of the following week to get treatment when the resources were available in the hospital. Typical protocol is to treat the patient and if they need additional follow-ups then the doctor should make recommendations. Dr. Sneed did not do that. My sister who has been a nurse in multiple areas such as psych, hospice, ICU, pediatrics, etc. had to step in and enforce that she treat me, if not my symptoms would have gotten worse and potentially lost my vision.

Called the 10-5/10-6 to check on my brother (Robert Earl Rayson III) and I recorded the call of the nurse telling me he was alive when he was discharged. When actually he died at hospital. Also Ill be there on Longview police department next because the entire city has leadership with bad business practices and no employees with empathy at all thank God for mercy and grace
