5 /5 Cathie Porterw: I was recently a patient at North Park for 24hrs. While waiting for a room to become available at the main hospital. I received excellent care from the Nurses and Doctors there.Since I was there so long I also met the lady in charge of food service, Sirreno Estrada. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every patient (there for an extended stay) receives exactly what they want and need.You can tell how important it is to her to take care of the patients. Dinner was at about the same time as I was going to be transferred by ambulance to the main hospital. She brought my dinner in a to go box. I highly recommended Northpark Hospital for your Emergency Room needs.

Each member of the team treats you like an individual with respect and dignity, and truly cares about getting down to the underlying problem. They are quick, efficient, and empathetic, and truly make you feel comforted during your most challenging times. My providers went above and beyond to discover my diagnosis, leaving no stone unturned. North Park rocks!

5 /5 Karla Jackson: Was nice to be seen quickly and not take hours for test results, diagnoses and out the door. Could be a little more comfortable when laying in bed with top sheet no pillow or blanket. Of course I was very sick and still having residual illness even now.

5 /5 Leah Reed: I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Freimer. He took the time to listen to me, and went out of his way to help me get the procedure I needed. I have spent hours upon hours at multiple Emergency Departments with nobody to truly care. This doctor gave me hope in Healthcare again. On top of that, nurses Leah and November were absolute angels. The IV stick was easy and I had zero pain with it. Meds were given the correct way and explained in detail. I want to thank everyone with an open heart. Bless you all!

A family member had recently fallen down the stairs and hurt her back UC could not treat the problem so off to ER-6hrs later she was back home. Not here! I was having some pretty severe back pain & came across this wonderful clinic. I was greeted by a friendly, professional staff, paperwork completed , taken into xray, once again friendly and very professional, very shortly after I was seen by the NP. Not more than an hour later, prescription sent to pharmacy appointment scheduled with an orthopedic Dr. A great alternative to sitting in an ER when you are in pain. In & out and great staff.

The only thing I would recommend is changing the way the urine samples are handled. Im not a fan of putting an open cup in the bin with other open cups. Maybe changing to the screw top cups would be more expensive but more secure of the sample and to the mind of the patients. Other than that, they give amazing and quick service
