5 /5 Christopher Davis: Great experience. Provider listened very well and offered up several options or suggestions. Sent in a prescription and was able to pick up within an hour. I was in the process of leaving the country for a month. Gave me the confidence that everything was going to be okay and the prescription was going to be effective. Just got back. Thank you for efficiently seeing me as a patient.

5 /5 Kent connally: Went in for a possible blood clot and was immediately looked over, ruled out many things, and was sent to the hospital. They worked so fast and so efficiently and checked on me twice since my appointment yesterday. Hands down the best.

2 /5 Maul Niki (Jubilee): Front desk staff was kind, but a bit short with people. I did feel like she was regarding me with a "wtf do you want now?" look occasionally - then again the place was packed. I arrived around 12:30 - it took me til 2 to be taken into the back. Not particularly happy with the wait time. But again, they were slammed. The doctor, nurse, and the xray lady were all very nice, I liked the care I received. The check-out lady was also kind, and quickly got my payment card switched when I asked. Very happy with how they handled that part - quick and painless.

3 /5 Valentina Valentine: My daughter complaining of 9/10 knee pain. Started I came in $120 to be seen cause we hadn’t hit deductible but previously i know we hadn’t hit our deductible I was charged $25. I mentioned it she saw what I had been charged but continued to say it would be $120. Whatever at this point i just want to see what the Dr has to say. When she gets called back they ask me do I want an X-ray. Well of course but shouldn’t the doctor make that call? They proceed to tell me the X-ray tech is on call and it will be awhile before she gets here okay cool. Maybe forty minutes later she gets the X-ray done and 15 it’s read the Dr comes in. She says the X-ray looks good nothing wrong with the knee listens to her heart ask her to point where it hurts and she says it’s a strain maybe a sprang. Tells us to continue with ibuprofen and get a brace with straps. Tells her to rest it and no athletics for a week. If it continues call and they refer to sports medicine or ortho. Get to the counter and she says it will be $60 plus dollars for the X-ray after I just paid the $120 to be seen. I asked her to just bill me. 9/10 pain home with ibuprofen i would have been happy with naproxen or diclofenac the Dr never touched her knee or moved it to see where it hurts most or what she could or couldn’t do. I decided the X-ray was needed. Just a crazy expensive day not much progress 10 minutes or less with the Dr with a two hour wait. The X-ray tech was nice at least.
