5 /5 Lauren Reeves: My husband and I have been to this ER several times and every single time our experience is excellent. We went again today and I was tested, diagnosed, given an IV, and sent home with a prescription in no time. Dr Cardenas and his nurse Emily Reagan both listened thoroughly and were kind and patient. We’ve been to other establishments but nothing compares to this one! We have a great experience every single time.

5 /5 phillip glover: We took my father her, and he had excellent care! From the front desk to the nurses, doctors, and every staff member, it was a great experience. They were nice, friendly, and very thorough. Within 2.5 hours, we had answers, test results, a diagnosis, and a plan for my dad. Couldn’t be happier.

1 /5 Kayla Flanary: The dayshift, Dr. Brown, my nurse Madison, Miss and radiology were absolutely phenomenal Now let’s get to the night shift. When I was taken to the front the stalkey women with slicked back hair and dark eyes acted as if I had punched her in the face when I asked to read the paperwork before signing anything. She immediately called for someone to come up front saying I am refusing to sign. I repeated over and over I am not refusing but I am going to read it. She told me I had no choice I had to sign it. I again said I am going to read this first some of this does not apply to me such as telemedicine and I didn’t want an open blanket to give out my medical records. This women is so hostile and so angry . I told her you seem to be really agitated I just want to read it. She then says I will escalate this if you don’t sign! Almost yelling at me . Then she said I’ll give you paperwork to read and I said it’s right her and that’s what I am trying to do. She then gets back on the phone saying I need help down here, she refusing to sign . Yay she is a big KAREN. She literally said this on the phone about me while I am standing face to face with her. At this point she got her paperwork back as I expressed being a B:&$tc wasn’t necessary. I have never seen more unprofessional behavior in my life and I worked in EMS for years. There is a level of professionalism that has to be upheld in our medical community and I am just shocked that they hired someone of this caliber and low integrity. I highly recommend the supervisors pull the tape and watch it for themselves. March 2 2025 about 8pm. Longview regional 120 east loop

1 /5 Jeramiah Trester: Brought my babies in for flu like symptoms and the Doctor was very dismissive and not very kid friendly at all. Super dry and stand offish. This was our first time here and we definitely won’t be going back. Not to mention I told the lady at the front desk I couldn’t hear her 3x and she just kept talking quietly as she proceeded to give me dirty looks. My business will be handled at the small Christus ER per usual, where my kiddos are treated with kindness and doctors who are full of life!
