Erwin Kotara: Dr. Starr has been my doctor for almost three years now. After my back surgery, I struggled to get my pain under control. My surgeon recommended a different pain management doctor, but they werent able to address all my needs. Fortunately, my primary care doctor, Dr. Kellum, referred me to Dr. Starr. I feel incredibly lucky to have found him. There were times I didn’t think I would be able to continue working, let alone travel for my job. Though I still live with pain, Dr. Starr has been able to manage it effectively, and I’ve regained the ability to lead an active, fulfilling life. Thanks to his care, I’m able to work and travel, and I can look forward to growing older with a higher quality of life. His office staff is also amazing—so professional and compassionate. I’m truly grateful for the care I’ve received.

Erik: The doctors here are great. The nurses will not listen to what the parents want. They love telling you your kiddo is doing fine until THE LAST MIN before check out where suddenly its this huge deal and oh wait you have to stay another day. Nurses will not listen to simple requests and get irritated when you want to change very minor things. I cannot express how little faith I have in this hospital going forward. A total and absolute disgrace to the medical community. I would love to speak with someone in charge of the maternity department to express my feelings about our bad experiences with both of my children that were born here. Also, nurses that are 38 weeks pregnant SHOULD not be in charge of patient care when they cant remember basic things like their stethoscope or which room needs which. Completely unacceptable.

Joe Merry: The care received was excellent. The nurses and aides were friendly and professional. The therapy staff payed close attention to the very specific strengthening needs of each individual patient. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept the entire building spotless. My highest praise goes to the food service staff. I believe they are the binder that brings everything together. They not only cater to the needs of each patient but also provide extras for the staff bringing everyone together with a common interest…Good Food. The chefs believe good food with a smile contributes in a big way to healing, and I believe they are right!!! This was the only hospital stay I ever had that I gained weight.

Janna Caplan: Excellent at caring for their patients! I have been seeing Sue Brandt, and she has far exceeded my expectations. She promptly responds to messages on their patient portal once youre an established patient. Its a much more personal experience and you feel seen and heard. Highly recommend!

Veronica McClain: I visited the ER yesterday and I must say I was very impressed. I was seen immediately with no wait time. My nurse, Jessica, was very friendly, professional, compassionate and provided outstanding patient care and support. She, the other RN (can’t remember her name, my apologies) and the doctor on duty, Dr. Aprile, made me feel comfortable and I was confident in their abilities to take care of my medical needs. Thank you again for your exceptional patient care and services. I hope I won’t have to go to the ER again, but if I have do, this will be my #1 choice. Kuddos!!

Patrick Dominic: Consistently long wait times. It amazes me that patients are disrespected in this manner. Please consider scheduling to meet demand or at least contact patients ahead of time that you are running late and by how much. Our time is just as important as yours.

James Munden: Practice was much better before Christus took over; this corporate medicine is cold and impersonal. Wait times for appointments are absurd (nearly 60 days, even if youre sick) and the only alternatives are to call every morning and pray that they have a cancellation, or go to an urgent care and hope that they take your insurance.

Josh Dyba: Unprofessional. Will leave you on hold for hours. Had to call back multiple times. Doctors are always revolving there and usually never stay long term. Had some questions regarding general medical practices (nothing that would violate HIPAA) and they refused to help me or point me the right direction. Save yourself the headaches and time and go somewhere else.

L Forest: Absolutely the worst emergency care I have ever experienced. The place is filthy and the nurses were unreasonabley loud/laughing while patients wait to treated. Between bouts of vomiting I could not sleep they were SO loud. Others complained too. They failed to clamp my IV port on a trip to the restroom completely covering myself, my husband and the bathroom floor with a great deal of blood. It took them a while to find where the blood was coming from. They wiped it w a dry paper towel leaving the floor coated in blood the entire 14 hours we were there, others were using the restroom constantly it was disgusting. My PCP gave us documents explaining new diagnostics and my condition/treatment which they set aside & completely ignored so they could see "if this works" it didnt. Over 12 hours later they decided to try use the same protocol as my documents stated and it finally worked to stop my pain and vomiting 10-12 xs an hour. DO NOT GO HERE! Anywhere but here.

J Hanselman: Been going here for years. Yes it was bought out and yes they sometimes have growing pains. But as a whole I’ve never had a problem and have a fantastic PC Doctor.
