5 /5 Lisette lemus: This is my first PCP in a while, and they have treated me with respect and professionalism that went above and beyond! I truly felt comfortable coming here as Dr. Kitowski listened to me and understood my problems. The nurse here that took blood sample and flu shot is also amazing, she had me done in just a few minutes and I’ve felt more pain from an ant bite than a needle from here. So happy I chose this practice.

2 /5 Swift Moves: I visited twice. The front desk clerks are nasty and appear to be very unhappy. The scheduler told me I was complaining because I had a fractured arm and was not seen because I was 5 minutes late, yet on my first visit, I waited 15 minutes. I was transferred to Ashley, the office manager, who hung up on me. The nurse was extremely professional, and the NP Kiowoski sent me to a radiologist to get a scan, although I had a banged-up arm from a fall. Two weeks later, she sent me to Ortho Express after her vacation. Very negligent. They also dont take Care Credit or credit cards. Dr. JB

5 /5 Kelsey McBride: Dr kim smith is the sweetest I called up to ask if I could get sent over some old medical records since i just recently lost my social and need to get a replacement. instead of just sending over one document to use she emailed me over 31 documents to choose from! 500000000/10 stars oh and mind you she also sent me a ton from 2018! the bestestttt

Prompt service, compassion, and respect from all the staff at Brookwood. There is no other place in Allen I know of which is so kind in their service to patients. Above and beyond the call of duty!

5 /5 Lena Letichevsky: Jennifer and Nicole went above and beyond to carve out a time for me between scheduled patients when I called in with severe COVID symptoms. Instead of telling me to go to ER, they safely met me outside multiple times to examine and prescribe fast acting medications. Thank you!
