The scheduler told me I was complaining because I had a fractured arm and was not seen because I was 5 minutes late, yet on my first visit, I waited 15 minutes. I was transferred to Ashley, the office manager, who hung up on me. The nurse was extremely professional, and the NP Kiowoski sent me to a radiologist to get a scan, although I had a banged-up arm from a fall. Two weeks later, she sent me to Ortho Express after her vacation. Very negligent. They also dont take Care Credit or credit cards. Dr. JB
