1 /5 Alexis Dietrich: Priscilla is there for a paycheck and only a paycheck. If you come in before closing, but it is CLOSE to closing time, she will turn you away. EVEN WITH A BABY. She was cold and heartless, so when shes working just assume they close at 7:50, NOT 8 pm. We have been here before when she wasnt working and received incredible service, caring practitioners, and very friendly staff! This review is solely for our experience with her, as someone in health care should not be like that... Unfortunately, when we desperately needed some grace to avoid scaring our 3 year old even more with hours of wait at an ER, we ran into Priscilla who changed our perspective on this urgent care. Hoping we do not have to encounter her again.

1 /5 Susan Dickerson: There’s the old joke, “What do you call a doctor that is last in his class?” Doctor. That sums up the care I received. I was told I was sick with the suggestion I take OTC medicines to help with symptoms I was not experiencing. No, “I think you have a virus,” or any diagnosis of any kind. No, “If your symptoms worsen or if you’re still sick in so many days….” Just, “Yes, you’re sick.” The only valid response to the few comments made by the doctor was, “Duh.” The front desk was very cordial although, I had to wait, which I understand, but, once in a room, I waited again for over 45 minutes. Very much a waste of an afternoon seeing a doctor who obviously can’t get a job elsewhere and has no bedside manner.

3 /5 Jon Vin: Great staff, great service. Just very expensive. Just to have my vitals taken and be swabbed for strep and flu cost $385 I saw the NP for a total of 5min. Now it would be fine if all that money went to the NP and MA, because Lord knows they work their tails off, but $385 for somebody without insurance just to have two $5 tests from McKesson is highway robbery. Come on Hendrics unless youre paying that to the doctors that work there and actually fill out the paperwork and do everything else You need to change your cash pay price that is a very steep price. Especially for people in Abilene.

2 /5 Cat Austin: Front staff was friendly but really felt pushed away. They seemed short with me and didnt seem to know much. They said I had something viral with allergies. Despite my expressing this, I did not feel like allergies at all. I know the difference, and no medication was given. Just told to take zertec. They checked me for strep, and I could feel the nurse was annoyed with me. The next day, I took a covid test, and it was positive. I spent a bunch of money to be brushed off and barely looked at.

5 /5 Kay Perry: They were efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and clean. I love the ease of it all. No hassles or stress. She prescribed just what I needed. I will be back. It is an hour drive, but I think worth the trip.
