5 /5 DAN POLK: Dr kirtley and his staff are some of the friendliest and most efficient medical personnel Ive ever known. Any and he doesnt "over"doctor and doesnt cut corners. Are you very honest and straightforward with you which is what you want. Its a pleasure to have Dr Kirtley and his staff in my corner with my best interests in mind. I didnt have to wait 5 minutes have a nurse take me back to a patient room and less than 5 minutes to see him. Thanks for all that you folks do. The staff is always polite, and while I typically schedule an appointment, there have been rare occasions when I needed to be seen unexpectedly. 5 /5 Carole Devos: Staff is courteous and DO call you back. Phone is answered by a live person vs. the Dial Selection Debacle Voice mail options. I recently have had to go to many different physicians offices and was shocked at the lack of response and patient care. Dr. Kirtleys office was the exception and it was a truly pleasant surprise and experience. If you are looking for compassionate and quality care I highly reccomend Dr. Kirtleys office.
