I have found this with Dr Amy Creepy at Totoe Medical Group. I never have to wait long, the staff is extremely friendly and the care is over and beyond. Dr Creepy takes her time getting to know you and is thorough with your examinations and is always available to talk with you should an emergency arise.

5 /5 mimii: I have been with Totoe Medical Group for a number of years now. They provide excellent care. My husband and my adult daughter have joined them also. You can call and get an appointment without having to be scheduled weeks out before you can get to see the doctor. The wait time is less than ten minutes before you are in a treatment room and the doctors take as much time as you need in providing care. They are very thorough in treating their patients and their staff up front are very cordial. The atmosphere is very friendly and you don’t feel like you’re just another dollar being made. They take excellent care of their patients. I pray that they never leave the Abilene area. By the way, however many time that you need to be treated a month, you only pay once a month. At first, I was skeptical about joining Totoe Medical Group but it has been one of the best investments that I’ve ever made.

I was referred to Dr. Creepy by my coworker so I called to learn more about their services spoke with Katie, talking about first impressions Katie was so patient, she truly cared about my concerns for my health history and then she reassured me I had found my medical group. Then when I went in for my first visit I was greeted warmly and with out a wait Dr. Creepy sat and visited with me performed a thorough examination and then immediately started working on plan to get my health back under control now one year later I am feeling amazing and my mind is at ease with knowing my Medical Group is always there for me in health and in sickness. Kaelyn Mays: They got me in quick enough on a Sunday but for $80 (with insurance) I received 60 seconds with someone I assume was a doctor, an Rx for antibiotics, and no actual wound care. She did take a painful swab of the wound. Thursday night after hours they called my work number, left no callback number, and just said I should call for results. Friday morning I call and Im immediately put on hold without asking why I am calling. I have now been on hold for 15 minutes and the back and forth female/male voices telling me to make an appointment online or continue to hold is going to drive me insane :( Update: After more than 30 minutes of being bounced around and left on hold I had to give up to get back to work. I will never go to this clinic again. Hope they gave my PCP got a copy of the results, Im going to just try calling him instead.

Michele Terry: Choosing Dr. McCain is one of the best decisions I have ever made. She truly cares about her patients and it shows. She is professional and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease no matter what you throw at her! She has solutions for every issue she is presented with and never makes you feel uncomfortable. Her staff is also great from the front desk to the nurses to the ladies checking you out. I cannot recommend Dr. McCain enough!

E Geo: This place was new to me. It was awesome. I was in the back within 5 to 10 min and seen within another 5 minutes. I was diagnosed quickly and med prescription sent to pharmacy right away. I highly recommend this place from the front office staff to the back staff providers. I was treated very well. Thank you for your service and prompt attention.

Sherry Hubbard: Kimble Hospital in Junction is a real blessing. I had an ER visit Saturday night at 8:30, and I was home by 9:45. No wait time to speak of. Receptionist very efficient and helpful . Dr on call and nurse both showed concern and confidence in their diagnosis. Had to have a lab done; results back quickly so definitive diagnosis was made. Shot administered and didn’t hurt until the medicine started! Only downside if that the prescription could not be filled locally over the weekend requiring a trip to Kerrville Sunday. I am so happy we have a 24/7 ER available to us!
