Very disappointing place. Then they called me down to the basement multiple days later and told me why I could not Sue them.

1 /5 r crabb: Broke my knee received poor attention and treatment. Didnt even show me the x-ray, didnt set my bones, wrapped it in a brace that didnt fit, sent me home with no referral or paperwork. When getting up to leave...fell because the ankle on my other leg was broken but, noone even noticed...sent me home anyway without any treatment.

BLR (Shades): Here for 3rd Procedure for my husbands Vascular problems. The Heart Hospital is very nice & there is Valet Parking. His other procedures were Day Surgeries this one hell need to stay a few days in the hospital before he can come home. They always take good care of him & we like that all BSW Doctors can see your medical records.

Cherish Coots: Staff was very nice. So that’s why I’m giving them any stars. I’ve never written a review… Brought my son here and would not reccomend using them for pediatrician services. I walked out and could not believe how I was spoken to. Dr. Ellepola was very demeaning and rude. If you have any ideas or ways of your own, I would find someone who could hear you out and help you accordingly. I could say a lot more about what was said but I will leave it vague. Read some of the other reviews on ped experiences before coming here.

Laura Ballard: I have previously had a great experience in this ER. But the most recent visit was very concerning. I was experiencing chest pain and was immediately triaged and EKG performed. Without any status or communication and while in extreme pain, I was then put in the annex area of the ER, and for an hour, I was not monitored or spoken to. However, the APRN on duty spent repeated 15 minute sessions arguing with the patient next to me about her desire for unnecessary tests. He continuously went to her, entertaining her inquiries. After 1 hour, I was then seen by the APRN and provided prescribed medication for gastritis. After IV push of meds, no one ever checked in on me again to assess any reaction to meds or provide any insight. 4 hours after arrival, the APRN then came by indicating he was ordering an X-ray. When I asked if my EKG was ok, he indicated he had not even looked at it. As my pain continued, another GI cocktail was administered. APRN then apologized as he had failed to put in them-ray order. That was completed roughly 5 hours in and was negative. My RX was then sent to some random pharmacy and not the one I provided to the APRN, delaying my ongoing care the next day where my pain continued. I’m not sure what has changed in the last couple of years, but something is off and needs attention.

Christina Hutton: Doctor Noel and Dr Bangs are great. The front office however does not keep track of calls properly. I e been charged for a no show 2 times. Once I cancelled same day. I understand that one but the other was flat tire where I was sitting on the side of the highway. 1 mile from the office. I called both times and theyre telling me there is nothing on file at all of me calling. Then decided to speak about my financials in front of everybody there in the office instead of taking me into a private room. Very unprofessional. Thats why I give the low star count.

Yriver: This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.
