2 /5 Cherish Coots: Staff was very nice. So that’s why I’m giving them any stars. I’ve never written a review… Brought my son here and would not reccomend using them for pediatrician services. I walked out and could not believe how I was spoken to. Dr. Ellepola was very demeaning and rude. If you have any ideas or ways of your own, I would find someone who could hear you out and help you accordingly. I could say a lot more about what was said but I will leave it vague. Read some of the other reviews on ped experiences before coming here.

2 /5 Martina Oviedo: Ive been to HSNT in another location and they’re very professional, nice and helpful. The receptionist here was very nice and so was the lady that showed us to our room and weighted and measured my baby, she even gave me a blanket for him and a can of formula as I am a new mom and didn’t think to bring him one for his 2 day old appointment. Dr ellapola was not nice at all. She told me mean rough things, for example “you’re starving your baby” when literally I said I was feeding every 2 hours as the hospital told me. She also critized me for forgetting to bring a burp cloth.. 2 days pp first time mom..I’m sure everyone knows how stressful it is to be a new mom the first week and to be told rude things instead of guiding you is horrible.

5 /5 Simone J: Ana Archila PA-C has been exceptional since the very first visit. She listens to my concerns and provides individualized care. If it wasnt for her I wouldnt be doing so well. I appreciate her and everything she has done for me since Ive been a patient. The front desk staff has always been professional and they read messages and call back as soon as possible. I appreciate you all.

I have only evere had great experiences with everyone there. Ana Archila, PA-C is my PA. She really listens to you. She wants to hear what you have to say. She is genuinely concerned about you. Her bedside manner is wonderful! She is excellent at her job! She goes above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone who wants excellent medical care from someone who is compassionate and concerned about you. I just cant say enough nice things about her and the excellent service she provides as a professional to her patients. The staff at Health Services of North Texas is great as well. If you or anyone you know including children needs a great doctor Health Services of North Texas is the place to go for excellent care!
