It made going to the doctor much more enjoyable. The staff at the entrance desk were friendly and welcoming. A nice change from other doctors offices I have gone to before. Professional and Friendly. Beyond being a good physician, Dr. Khan apparently is also talented at HR because hes hired an amazing staff of nurses and nurse practitioners too!

Yriver: This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.

K George: Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.

I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time. Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number. As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. Cathy Blake: This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares. His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well. Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children! Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.

You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.

The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.
