5 /5 BLR (Shades): Here for 3rd Procedure for my husbands Vascular problems. The Heart Hospital is very nice & there is Valet Parking. His other procedures were Day Surgeries this one hell need to stay a few days in the hospital before he can come home. They always take good care of him & we like that all BSW Doctors can see your medical records.

Dr Brinkman did great job, he replaced my Aorta Valve and Ascending Aortic were damaged and saved my life. Dr Brinkman is so talented and very kindness. Now I recovering very good. I would like to say thanks to all the medical team of The Heart hospital in Plano. GOD BLESS US.

Dr.Julius Ejifor,Was my Surgeon, and he Saved my life even though i was not expected to live.The Best Doctors in the World are there! So I was calm, and not scared. I think everyone will be very pleased with Baylor Scott and White.

Christina Hutton: Doctor Noel and Dr Bangs are great. The front office however does not keep track of calls properly. I e been charged for a no show 2 times. Once I cancelled same day. I understand that one but the other was flat tire where I was sitting on the side of the highway. 1 mile from the office. I called both times and theyre telling me there is nothing on file at all of me calling. Then decided to speak about my financials in front of everybody there in the office instead of taking me into a private room. Very unprofessional. Thats why I give the low star count.

Yriver: This is such modern and convenient facility for people to get surgery in the area. Doctors are very good and nurses are nice! People who are working there seem very happy and love the jobs they do. The waiting areas are clean and spacious! Only thing I wish was that the volume of TV could be lower to make it more quiet in waiting lobby.

K George: Fantastic experience. I had zero issues. The nurses were amazing. Made sure I knew exactly what was going to happen before and after my procedure. I was told I owed zero because my insurance covered everything. I have yet to receive a bill. I will update my review if I happen to receive a bill later on. My only minor and I mean minor complaint if I can even call it a complaint, is that anesthesiologist was a bit direct. Not rude but just uninterested in chit chat. It was also 7 in the morning. Im not exactly people person that early either. haha! Overall very happy and felt taken care of. Thank you again to all the nurses. They are the real super stars.
