Texas Health Frisco - Frisco Jenny ODell: Today, I want to reflect on my big day!! I had surgery to fix my fracture/dislocation, which is known as a Lisfranc injury, and I can honestly say it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. I had the best care at Texas Health Hospital in Frisco TX, and it was so refreshing to be in a place where patient care is truly prioritized. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top-notch. The personal touches, like my husband having his own concierge, really made a difference and added a sense of calm during an otherwise stressful time.
Normally, I’m on the other side of healthcare, providing care for my own patients. I’ve worked in the clinical & surgical setting before, and now, in my current role, I’m still very much involved in the healthcare world. But today, I was the patient. It’s a completely different experience, and it really gave me a new perspective on how important it is for hospitals and staff to treat you like a person, not just a number.
As I focus on recovery, I feel incredibly blessed. I’m so grateful for my surgeon, the entire nursing staff, and the beautiful facility that made this experience as smooth as possible. Now, it’s all about taking it easy and unwinding as I recover, but I can’t help but feel so thankful for the care I received. North Texas Preferred Health Partners – Plano - Plano Cathy Blake: This is my first experience with a concierge physician service. I will definitely continue to be Dr Shumates patient. He is a really great doctor! He listens,hes compassionate and he truly cares.
His nurse, Elizabeth, is wonderful. She is efficient about getting you in quickly to see Dr Shumate and truly cares as well.
Whenever I go, I have to bring several of my children with me. This is not at all a problem because the ladies at the front counter do not mind and absolutely love my children!
Going here is always enjoyable and the wait time is minimal. The appointment is not rushed and everyone here is very patient and understanding! If youre willing to pay the concierge fee, I strongly recommend Dr Shumate.
Medical City Dallas Hospital - Dallas Kristina Esparza: So I ended up having a four day stay at medical city of Dallas due to preterm labor, and that has to be the best hospital that I have ever been to and I’ve never ever been admitted but if you’re ever in a situation where they have to send you there. You’re in the best hands you’ve got nurses And doctors 24 seven they check on you make sure everything is fine. Make sure you have everything that you need. It truly was the best experience but very scary experience for me for why I had to go.
Acute Rehabilitation Hospital of Plano - Plano Darlene Smith: This is the second time I’ve been here. I had knee surgery in September knee surgery in January. I was in the hospital. Each Time for 11 days.
The first time I had home health with a different agency which. I was not pleased with at all. second time I’m having people drive me cause I’m very pleased with the OUTPATIENT THERAPY . Everyone I’ve worked with has been exceptional. Some of the people are Victor John Kathie. Kiki and others and I have been very pleased.
Collin County ENT - Frisco - Frisco Farhana: Everyone at Collin County ENT -Frisco is very professional and extremely friendly. Dr Tony Peter is an outstanding Surgeon. He is the one of the most patient and compassionate Doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to understand each of my questions patiently and professionally and then addresses them. The surgery went well, and he addressed my issues effectively! His medical assistant Christina Nguyen is very attentive, professional and courteous. Dr. Tony Peter and his Medical Assistant Christina Nguyen continue to take excellent and compassionate care of me.
Texas Oncology-Plano East - Plano Leezas Spa LLC Libershteyn: Today was officially the worst experience we have ever had at any clinics. I don’t know who runs this place, but it made DMV look terrific. My daughter had an appointment for iron infusion with doctor Khade today. We had all of the blood work done, spent 3 hours on filling out the incredible amount of paperwork online, came in all prepared, but not for this. First they couldn’t find her paperwork, when no one explained to us that today was only the consultation. My daughter called yesterday to ask some questions. They have never called back until the moment she was in the waiting room today where she set for 2 hours. They took her blood again! Then she waited some more. Had to go ask how much longer, they told her that for infusion she supposed to go to the other side of the building. She went there and waited for another 3 hours. Finally they told her that they are already closing, aaaand her infusion wasn’t supposed to be today. The staff are rude, everyone acts like it’s their first day at work. My daughter witnessed some really unprofessional behavior of the nurses. We are very disappointed in this place. I am giving one star because I can’t give 0.
