3 /5 Charlicia Montgomery: I got in and out very quickly! However the Doctor that saw me didn’t come off as very friendly. I do have very good insurance and I know sometimes those who do not have insurance can be treated a certain way. I would have appreciated the services more had the doctor there showed some type care and & concern. Perhaps being a little more friendlier would have helped. On the other hand Nurse Velma was amazing. She was very upbeat & knowledgeable of her profession. She’s the reason I did not walk out! Although, I feel this place didn’t exhaust all test which lead me to go else place - I’d return in hopes to have a change of demeanor. This was my very first time visiting this place!

1 /5 Kaylee Barron: ill never go here again! I used to love this place but yesterday they made me feel so uncomfortable with my 2 year old. I told them as I was walking out the door before I was ever was that their service has completely went downhill since they opened and I left before even being seen. Smh waited almost 2 hours in the waiting room and was treated like crap the whole time.

1 /5 Santana Savage: I don’t see how they can consider this a visit since they denied me care. They wanted me to pay $350 and then when I said I couldn’t to pay it and they denied me care. It was fine but the fact that The doctors the nurse put me in front of a Modern screen for a lady to waste my time signing a bunch of consent forms, letting me know that they were going to bill me, etc. just to tell me they couldn’t give me care is crazy and I’m getting an email about it right now, making me feel like they’re charging me when I received no care

1 /5 Koolaid Neisha: This is the second time I’ve taken my son here. He is autistic and scared. Nurses and staff are rude and act like they don’t want to be at work. It really makes upset that they treat people this way. Rude tones and rolling eyes. My son is 7 years old. I will not come back here ever again. Didn’t even care to see what was wrong with my child just threw him pain meds. Didn’t test him for anything. This is the sorriest urgent care I’ve ever been to.

5 /5 Crystal Jackson: The doctor and nurse were really nice. I didnt have to wait long to be seen and taken care of. Everything was very punctual and I liked that.
