5 /5 Terrie Dobard: The NP came to see my MIL and was very compassionate and understanding. She took her time to talk to my MIL as she has dementia. She has been more than helpful in every way. I hope to keep Bay Area as our go to Doctor or rather th come to us Doctor. They are great!

1 /5 The review The review: Horrible Pathetic Service. It was VERY, VERY SAD , I trusted them and signed up with them to assist my mother. If they provided better service my mother would be still living. The doctor or the Nurse Practitioner NEVER , EVER showed up even my mother was very sick. When we signed up they said they would do urine tests etc - they never did any of that . They were very eager to sign us up. After signing up with them, it was so difficult to contact them by phone for assistance. They say the nurses will come to the house But they are nurse aids. They call in and dont show up most of the time. When the aid shows up they are RUDE, they check the pressure my mother had a wound they would do a basic dressing gauze and ointment and they leave, they dont check on the overall health. When the medicines were ordered it took about 2 weeks to receive it ( my Mom was getting sick without the medication) , they would say it has been ordered we will bring it , or oh I forgot or Oh is there a medicine I was supposed to bring and they pull out the pad and start looking through the notes and say oh yes we see it , we will bring it and when they show up again they dont bring the medicine.

2 /5 Susan: Since Dr B left Bay Area House Call in August 2022, quality of service has gone down. I changed my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. I withdraw my recommendation (Original review from 2021: My husband has been using Bay Area House Calls for nearly 5 years. Dr. B has been great. Very informative and easy to talk with. Highly recommend them.)

1 /5 Samantha Bailey-Walker: My mother was discharged from services because they sent a tech out (Blanca) to give a flu shot. However, there were several questions on a piece of paper to be answered. She gave them to my daughter, and then to my husband (who she referred to is "that guy") but flat out ignored the patient, my mother. When my mother asked what the questions on the paper were, and asked several times, Blanca did not respond to her. When I got home asked her why she could not talk to the patient and get the answers she shrugged her shoulders and just stood there. They were questions only the patient could answer. I called the office twice to talk to someone. No one ever called back, which was getting to be the normal with them. Two days later they sent a discharge paper to the house.

5 /5 Alicia Norton: The staff treated me with respect and made sure I have everything I needed I highly recommend yall
