1 /5 Holly McKelvey: It’s absolutely appalling how this department has repeatedly dropped the ball on my poor mother’s health needs after being a patient for so long. My mother broke her arm/shoulder nearly a month ago and they have yet to schedule a surgery or casting. Meanwhile, she is in pain and improperly healing. I guess I will have to bring her to Houston to get proper care since she can’t get it from UTMB.

1 /5 Stephanie Graves: Dr.Perez has NO empathy for his paitent! They do NOT fully inform you when dealing with pre op and cancel surgies that are necessary due to their lack of informing the paitent! They have no idea how to handle a paitent not do they care enough to listen, phone calls are more important! Pathetic, claiming a surgery that is beyond necessary is elective. Ridiculous!

D: As far as medical care I had a very good experience here for an urgent situation. Once Behind the doors into the emergency facility the Medical staff was professional. I had an ultrasound done so this facility is Equipped to do more than just give you a band-aid. They have actual Medical Doctors on Duty Which I was adamant about seeing at the time not just a physicians assistant or nurse. I would always follow-up with my regular Doctor after any urgent situation. This is a Memorial Herman Hospital facility. I will happily return for medical care in an urgent situation . As far as billing I cant Respond to any of those questions. But as I said this is a Memorial Herman Hospital facility.. Any urgent medical situation is always stressful but I did call ahead to make sure they took medicare coverage at that time and that I could see a Medical Doctor Upon my visit. I was told that they have And MD There All times When it comes to medical care I was happy with the facility.

Jonathan Byrd: I was discharged from Sacred oaks today . After my stay I am in dismay by all the negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I came in with severe debilitating anxiety and depression. My stay was 7 days . I was treated like family from the second I entered the facility, even being in extreme distress upon arrival. The facility and grounds are kept immaculately clean and maintained. The food is very good. This is a place to come to get stabilized and leveled out. They set you up with doctors and therapists to help you succeed upon discharge. It is not a permanent rehabilitation center . There are 4-5 group therapy sessions daily which really help on the road to recovery. The nurses were all very helpful and patient. I want to give a big thank you to all the techs especially Freddie who was the first person I met and helped me remain calm during Intake. Josh , Antoine , Tony , Cleo , and the all of the techs care about each and every patients well-being. They went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay during a time of distress . I left the facility feeling much better and more positive . Thank you everyone at Sacred Oaks !

christi dio: My mom is currently in the facility. The staff has been amazing, very friendly and caring. I like that they offer different daily activities for the patients. The salon is a bonus, it made my mom feel so good to have her hair cut and colored. Also my mom really enjoys the different fruit waters they offer. The Starbucks is very convenient as well. My only minor complaint is the parking as it can be a hassle, but I do see they are currently working on that now. I am truly happy with Ignite and care they provide.
