Sacred Oak Medical Center - Houston Jonathan Byrd: I was discharged from Sacred oaks today . After my stay I am in dismay by all the negative reviews. I have nothing but good things to say about this facility. I came in with severe debilitating anxiety and depression. My stay was 7 days . I was treated like family from the second I entered the facility, even being in extreme distress upon arrival. The facility and grounds are kept immaculately clean and maintained. The food is very good. This is a place to come to get stabilized and leveled out. They set you up with doctors and therapists to help you succeed upon discharge. It is not a permanent rehabilitation center . There are 4-5 group therapy sessions daily which really help on the road to recovery. The nurses were all very helpful and patient. I want to give a big thank you to all the techs especially Freddie who was the first person I met and helped me remain calm during Intake. Josh , Antoine , Tony , Cleo , and the all of the techs care about each and every patients well-being. They went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay during a time of distress . I left the facility feeling much better and more positive . Thank you everyone at Sacred Oaks !
