5 /5 christi dio: My mom is currently in the facility. The staff has been amazing, very friendly and caring. I like that they offer different daily activities for the patients. The salon is a bonus, it made my mom feel so good to have her hair cut and colored. Also my mom really enjoys the different fruit waters they offer. The Starbucks is very convenient as well. My only minor complaint is the parking as it can be a hassle, but I do see they are currently working on that now. I am truly happy with Ignite and care they provide.

5 /5 Richard Roth: My stay last year and I am late posting this. I would like to say my moments spent in the exercise faculty were great and the help exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed working with Cassy Gonzales. She made it fun to work out. She said it would be nice if the company would give a trip to Aruba for excellent performance. She deserves a chance at it. I wish you all the best in your endeavors. I enjoyed my time there. Richard

5 /5 jennifer martinez: Only one. Incident and it was taken care of in a timely manor it’s a clean place most all of the staff have been so nice and accommodating. My father is very quiet and don’t ask for much but they still check on him often. It’s hard leaving him there everyday but it’s a great place and I the physical therapy has helped him Regain a lot of his strength. He has more to go but Kim and the director of nursing were very nice and helped us out with us feeling comfortable that my father would be treated nice.. and let’s not forget the chef and his staff!! It may not always be what he likes on the menu but they have ALWAYAS accommodates his needs and wants! Especially since he has dialysis 3 times a week. I applaud the chef and his team such great people! ignite Webster Tx.

5 /5 Julia Saldana: Ignite is a beautiful facility. I could not understand why it said resort in the title until I walked in the amenities really do qualify it as a resort. All the staff have been professional and helpful to the entire family who visit often. Leslie is taking care of my mother in law on most days. She is the kindest soul and makes mom feel safe while away from home. The physical therapy has helped her to regain strength in her arms and leg. She’s walking again and should be home soon. We’re so thankful to have found ignite to help with her recovery. 10 out of 10 for quality service and professionalism.

5 /5 avis love: Comforting to visit my big brother at this facility. It felt safe and all employees I interacted with were cordial and helpful. The dinner tray looked yummy! Clean and fresh environment with such a nice pleasant bathroom in the room. Convenient physical therapy and dialysis right on-site. Melanese was so pleasant and personal. It feels good to know our loved one is in capable hands. Oh yes! Starbucks coffee !!
