Valerie Chavez I am impressed with this clinic. The front desk staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Walking through the clinic, the staff was very welcoming. Dr. Moody was also very professional and explained my daughters health plan thoroughly.

M G Dr. Mark Farnie and his team always go above and beyond when it comes to my children’s health. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my kids well being. Even I learn something new every time we visit. Highly knowledgeable, extremely professional, always keeping up with the latest treatments and illnesses, very patient, and treats my children as if they were his own. Keeps my kids entertained as he carefully and thoroughly examines them while teaching one of his interns at the same time. My kids always look forward to their Dr visits with Dr. Farnie and have never been scared nor cried when getting their vaccines. My daughter especially loves the fact that she was able to transition from pediatrics to his general practice keeping him as her primary care physician.

V. Erika This clinic is great ! Nice staff . Not overcrowded like any other Harris county clinics . Everyone is nice and professional. Very welcoming. Went there for my first time last week and I felt welcomed . I use to attend valbona clinic and I have to say I was ready to leave Harris Health because of the valbona clinic . Now that clinic is ghetto , overcrowded and no structure at all. This clinic is the total opposite. I will definitely give Harris health another try because of this clinic .

J Kar Not a bad experience, the doctor who saw me was kind and professional but in short the welfare system sucks in several angles. I applied to this system because I couldn’t afford a regular/private physician. I had an outside doctors referral saying I needed surgery after my collar bone went into nonunion and formed and overlapping ball after a car accident. But this system told me that there was nothing they could do and just go to therapy. By Gods grace I function normally with some limitation and spurts of pain so I know someone’s lying. Save yourself the trouble and know that it’s a hit or miss with these people. Yes there’s several doctors that are righteous in this system still but they can only do so much. Some may Mock or Scoff, but from a faith perspective, you are not hopeless! If you are very sick this system will only do so much for you. Although this does nto apply to everyone, but besides natural causes, a lot of sickness comes from generational curses, curses we ourselves have spoken over others, intense hatred and bitterness piled up from years of torment (google it up, illnesses stemming from emotional issues) & ill misdeeds that can be reversed by renouncing all generational curses and curses spoken over others in Jesus name & making amends with anyone we may have abused in the past ! Also renouncing any generational poverty or even witchcraft! I know I’m sounding extreme but I don’t have a lot of space to explain how I completely understand how everyone’s case is different. Just a woman who cares and doesn’t want to see you relying on this system. NO SHAME IN NEEDING IT but whoever can hear me poverty is not your portion! And you shouldn’t have to put up with waiting a very long time to get the care you need! God bless!

Pillow Joseph Great on helping to receive financial aid to have services done at the clinic. However, the administrative staff is a joke. They consistently lie to you. Instead of being honest. If you don’t know say that! Don’t lie! And legacy do not respond to my post because I will not contact the compliance department because I’ve contacted them multiple times and nothing is ever done.

Sabrina Martinez Honestly the worst and most unprofessional clinic I’ve been to. I visited 3 times and got turned away each time. The second time the receptionist just said we’re at capacity so come back at 2 came back at 2 explained to another receptionist what happened just for them to tell me I had to make an appointment because they’re at capacity again. The nurse there just stood in front of us and said ohh I’ll let yall handle that that’s not my business. They didn’t try to resolve the situation or help at all. What’s the point of being a same day clinic if you can’t see sick patients the same day.

Evangelist *TEE* I moved away to another state. 2022. I attended this clinic for 5 yrs. Dr Cochran took good care of me and made me feel secure in spite of the system setup.. Some of the nurses were soooo helpful and kind. Kim in radiology was ALWAYS HELPFUL AND KIND.. MEDICAL RECORDS never sent my New Dr my medical records as requested and I signed a release prior to leaving and my Dr sent a new one as well... I had endure all new test and California helped me walk again. I finally saw an orthopedic without being told I need to lose weight first. The system is not great. But, Dr Susan Cochran & her team at the time were very caring...

Sabrina Martinez I came here after a terrible experience at the lbj same day clinic and all I can say is how different the two clinics are. Dr. Ming and all the nurses are so welcoming and genuinely care for their patients. Dr. Ming was able to see me and answer all of my questions. I felt cared for here at sunset clinic!

Ricc Giorgio Having to wait for medications as a patient can be understandable, but when it continues week after week it is very exhausting. Today I waited for 2 hours for a medication that only takes 15 seconds to administer.

LFG25 LFG It is ridiculous that there is NO parking in the parking garage for the Scurlock tower. I arrive at 7:15am to try to get a handicap spot or any spot that I can get my wheelchair out to use. I guess I will need to find other doctors to see that are NOT in the Scurlock tower .

Jay Martin Pharmacy and labs are super slow they were better when they were at the other location. It’s so annoying have to wait for so long in order yo get your meds and for a blood work

Norma Zapeta Excellent hospital, you just have to know which area you should go to and more so for pregnant women, they tend to depend on the severity of one, my premature baby was born here and I can say that it was a top quality service, the nurses and doctors are so kind with both the mother and the babies, more than a month of good service, I recommend it and we must have due respect for each worker in this place.

Joseph McGlothlin The valet service, Aramark, totaled my mothers car when she went there with my Aunt on September 20th, to take my Aunt to see a doctor on a life threatening condition my aunt has, by driving my mother’s car into a pole. Their sketchy insurance company that they are insured by, Sedgwick, wants to add more damage to my mom’s car and apparently the valet service had three other accidents that day with customers vehicles. My mother was not financially ready to buy a new car. If could give them no stars I would because they deserve no stars. Ernesto was very unsympathetic and did not care.

chapa syl My son has been here at Houston Methodist Hospital Walter Tower MICU for about 3 weeks. Britney K has been Amazing. She is very welcoming. Has Excellent bedside manners. Does and takes her job very serious and is very professional. She is the Epitome of what needs to be in a medical setting/facility. We need more people like her. Alisha Blumenthal I got here for my high risk pregnancy appointments and care and I can honestly say that the staff takes great care of you! My experiences so far being a pregnancy medicaid user, they have fought for my rights and coverage and still continued to care for me despite some things that occured with it. The social workers here also do an incredible job fighting for you and if there is anything extra services you need,they make sure you get them. Felicia and Marcenia social workers are incredible throughout your care with the teams here. If you need to fight a doctor, theyll step up for you. If you are worried about care, dont be. There are good ppl here that will see you through. And apologies if you do not end up getting not the greatest experience.. I cant speak for you and your personal experience , but, I pray the right ppl care for you if you go here! My experience so far has been positive.

Mansour Baban PS. By the way, they still charged me my co-pay, even though they tried to shun me off. This was to be a TeleHealth call. I went into the server and was denied. Their tech support clueless. I said for them to have her please call me. She told me that it’s been 20 minutes and you’re late and need to reschedule. ????? This is what I wrote in frustration and anger honestly. They’ve traded me around 4 times in the last two years. You should be able to some type of small bond or connection with the person that’s psychologically helping you get better I assume, but there was none of that here and it was a if I was just nothing. Dr. Chizo made me feel very comfortable in the first time I met her and I finally felt like someone was going to help me. This may not Apply to you if you do not have some serious psychological issues and need help. I’m diagnosed you could say so I’m just really let down. Honestly it’s destroyed my day I need help and she told me I missed my appointment After 25 minutes ago. I assumed the Dr. Chizo was a kind and caring doctor as she had been the first time I met her. My life has taken many turns and twist and by all means I’m not blaming anyone, but I needed someone to rely on, and I was consistently failed by her and Dr. DeCavedo. Which honestly seem to be more about money and having kickbacks because of this new clinic psych ward, it should say. I’m sure he meant well, but that would’ve made things so much worse for me and because of his rash and quick decisions so that he could get a kickback he invited me to go. Forget all that that’s a mess but I call the office of Dr. Chizo and I had technical problems. I called before the time that my appointment was and they told me 30 minutes later that I was late because there’s just didn’toi work so I had blew a fuse and told him all they had to do is call me. They called me five times I have I have a photo of it Of the calls they made and didn’t say anything. It was a joke to them while I was breaking down then I got a call from Dr. Chizo and she tells me it’s no longer my appointment time at 12:30. My appointment was at 12 I called at 11:47 or 56 whatever it was, I could not get into the account, I just wanna let you know it doesn’t go unnoticed Thanks for being a real doctor and your clan of minions. Thank you I’ve been looking forward to this appointment for about a week and you just brushed me off so real good Dr practice there. Dr. Chizo I guess I was too much for you. Now I’m desperate to find someone that can’t help me that won’t fail me so I’m sure you’ll go on with the rest of your day just fine. The photo shows the 4 times they called to laugh at me? Or something childish and extremely unprofessional. They both share the same office number but this is Chizo department. I’m so disappointed. And without medications.

Ana Landaverde Every staff member we came across were absolutely incredible. Dr. Lee and her colleagues were amazing, consulting with one another to find a solution for my son. They were thorough and careful and kept us informed about everything. I’m very glad with the experience.

Karina Salazar Seen by: Dr. Telufusi I went in today around 5:30pm and was greeted by Tony and a young lady (I didnt get her name). They were both extremely helpful and made the sign in process fairly easy for me. I only waited about 10 minutes before being called in to be seen. The staff in the back were also extremely nice and friendly. The staff and Doctor had so much patience with me and were very considerate. I will definitely be back if Im not feeling good! Herrera Fher “Fher” I went in with what I suspect is a middle ear infection, loss of hearing, vertigo, and of course pain, was perfunctory seen by a nurse practitioner who told me she could do nothing for me because I was in pain! (Well, duh!, thats what brought me to the clinic in the first place) and just referred me to the countys audiology clinic, a specialty facility that does not even bother to answer the phone, those places wont even consider seeing you for weeks on end, then she didnt even address the pain issue, let alone the infection part of it, plus she gave me a wrong number for the aforementioned clinic, I had to find it from Google, and then they have not seen fit to even pick up the phone, in the end I ended up being charged for just being shooed away from their clinic still in pain, broke from having shelled out $120.00, and still with what I suspect is a middle ear infection, smh. if you guys are gonna be in this medical business at least address peoples health concerns, a referral to a specialist can be self-obtained, sick people need attention, not an index finger pointing elsewhere.

m nalazon Dr. Susie Nguyen is the best!!! I can really feel that she cares. She spends the time to examine my mother carefully as if she is the only patient that she has to see. She listens well and addresses all concern that my mother has. I really trust her and hope that she remains to be my mother’s primary doctor.

C H So, I have only seen the NP & not the Dr so far but, I am perfectly happy with Tram. She always LISTENS to me as it relates to my care, empathetic and dead on with her care plan. On occasions that I have called, she always responds and helps me and this suits perfectly. I pray she returns after her leave and I highly recommend. It can be difficult finding the good doctors amongst the sea of self proclaimed gods & pill pushers in Houston.
