My mother has been in this hospital for the past 30 days, released twice in the 30 days only to be readmitted within 24 hours of each other! Each time they readmitted here. This last time we had one doctor tell us (the entire family) there wasnt anything else they could do for her! Then the very next day another doctor came in and said "oh yeah we are going to get you better with this procedure" with that being said they did the procedure, however she is walking terribly, but was classified as independent! What a joke! Then the case workers are completely rude to both patients and family! The nurses are alright when you get a good one, other than that pretty unreliable! I think family helped more than the nurses because they never answered call lights! This is the most ridiculous hospital Ive ever seen! Yet again Ill be taking my mom home again just for her to be readmitted to a different hospital because this place just keeps sending her come just to come back! Ive already made a call to my attorney!

She listens to your questions and answers them. I’ve always left an appointment well informed about moving forward and that Virginia truly has my health concerns in my best interest. Her staff is very pleasing and totally seem focused on you while they prepare for the appointment.
Diagnostic Clinic of Longview Family Medical Clinic - Longview Sparky Hallead: Leigh Barr is the most knowledgeable, and caring health provider Ive ever had. Im an old timer, aged 80, so Ive had a lot of doctors, and nurse practitioners over the years, to compare her to. She always has time, no matter how busy she, to answer all of my questions. If there are times I wait a little longer past my appointment time, I know shes busy helping another patient get the best care possible, for whatever their diagnoses may be. Leigh is so friendly on top of everything else, that its like I have known her forever, not just for the few years Ive been seeing her. I feel so fortunate to be one of her patients. I would recommend Leigh Barr 200% to any person looking for top quality health care.
Longview Regional Medical Center - Emergency Room - Longview Amber: Very quick and professional. Brought my son in due to be sick all night and they quickly got him in and seen, taken care of and hooked up with hydration and medication before taking my insurance information. That came in between and I felt they truly cared about my son sickness and health. Thank you for being great and being so kind.

He takes no short cuts when caring for you and your little baby. He will make sure you are well educated and prepared for any circumstances to arise. He truly enjoys his job and it shows! I personally work with him on a professional level and he is every bit of the man I just described above. There is no front he puts on just for the patients peace of mind he will be truthful and honest through everything!
Christus Good Shepherd Medical Plaza III - Longview login grisham: This place made me want to crawl out of my skin. The waiting area and the walk to the exam rooms reeked of a foul odor. I was asked to leave a urine sample. When I went to place my sample in the little door where they instruct you to leave it my jaw hit the floor, there were SEVERAL samples that patients had left in there that the nurses failed to retrieve..to the point to where patients before me started stacking their urine samples on top of others. I was absolutely disgusted and brought it to one of the nurses attention as she proceeded to have me follow her to the next room where they do labs on the samples, I sat my sample down in a clear bin with other samples like she asked me too and walked back to the waiting area in absolute disgust. The entire third floor lacked cleanliness and the staff lacked personal hygiene. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

We went again today and I was tested, diagnosed, given an IV, and sent home with a prescription in no time. Dr Cardenas and his nurse Emily Reagan both listened thoroughly and were kind and patient. We’ve been to other establishments but nothing compares to this one! We have a great experience every single time.
CHRISTUS Good Shepherd NorthPark Medical Plaza - Emergency Room - Longview Cathie Porterw: I was recently a patient at North Park for 24hrs. While waiting for a room to become available at the main hospital. I received excellent care from the Nurses and Doctors there.Since I was there so long I also met the lady in charge of food service, Sirreno Estrada. She goes above and beyond to make sure that every patient (there for an extended stay) receives exactly what they want and need.You can tell how important it is to her to take care of the patients. Dinner was at about the same time as I was going to be transferred by ambulance to the main hospital. She brought my dinner in a to go box. I highly recommended Northpark Hospital for your Emergency Room needs.
