The young lady at the front desk that helped was just so sweet and helpful. She asked us if I needed a wheelchair, we did not have to ask for it, and she went and got one for me.
Both nurses, Michelle (Farah), the nurse that checked me into my pre-surgery room and the nurse that got my vitals and history, were so friendly and kind that we just wanted to keep talking and visiting with them. We really enjoyed those ladies.
Dr. Ferguson was so kind and took extra time to explain the anesthesia thoroughly, as I have severe breathing problems.
My post op nurse, who I cannot currently remember her name, was amazing. When my daughter asked for me to have a breathing treatment before we left, she was on it. Then she stayed with us making sure I was okay until I left.
My overall treatment was exceptional, and I am honored that I got to come to such a nice hospital with genuinely sweet people. Thank you so much.
