C S I am a patient at this clinic. In the beginning, I couldnt say enough about them. But recently things seemed to have changed, and not for the better. I had a scheduled appointment from six (6)months ago, and all of a sudden my appointment was changed without my knowledge. The only thing I can say now is to not take your current patients for granted, just because youre getting new patients.

Mia Ayers Today was my first appointment and I was completely freaked out about it thinking about heart issues. Once I got to the back my anxiety was out of control and I had to leave and reschedule but Amber Jurek came in and was so nice, completely understanding, comforting, and patient with me. I would definitely go here when it comes to something so important as your heart. Great staff, most definitely ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Amanda Martin I’m totally bummed now that his practice is closing. He truly was the best and genuinely cared for his patients. I’ve used him for years, now I’m lost and I’m skeptical of seeing anyone else.

Storm Henry My review disappeared.. Greedy and heartless. My very first appointment they changed the time at the last minute and then the doctor didnt even make it into the Zoom call at the new time. Now he refuses to see me until I pay a $100 fee for HIM missing the appointment.

Nick B First, I have been a patient for many years now. Ive always worked with Dr Wages, who I absolutely loved, and enjoyed working with, along with specialist Melinda. The problems that I experienced recently are with the support/administrative staff at this location. I recently had a procedure scheduled and needed to reschedule due to not having a driver available to assist me, which was a requirement. This was the 2nd part of a 2-procedure. I contacted the office and left several messages requesting a revised date for the 2nd procedure. The first msg was left on 11/22/24, @ 2:32 pm, with no return call, 2nd msg left on 11/25/24 at @9:34am, with no return call, 3rd msg left on 12/2/24@10:52am, 4th msg left 12/2/242@2:06pm, never rec’d return calls. I never received a return call, totally confusing because I had just received the first part of my procedures on 11/19/24. Dr Wages and staff at the surgery center were wonderful. Today 12/5/24, still no return calls. I drove to the office to find out why I had not received a return call with a rescheduled date. The responses that I received were more of the same. The staff who responded to my questions/concerns had no answers. The front desk staffer left the desk on several occasions to talk to someone who did not provide answers to my questions/concerns when she returned. I could not understand why, I was not entitled to a professional conversation with a knowledgeable staffer who could address my concerns. After deciding, that Id had enough of this treatment (never experienced before today), I was heading to the door, and someone yelled out my name. I spoke to a staff member who just stated "You can reschedule your procedure", I attempted to explain that I had called 4 times requesting to reschedule, left four msgs, and recd no return calls. The staffer responded, "l dont know why, I was not here," (a totally unacceptable response for me and representing Precision as well). Again, previously, this has never happened to me, but while writing this review and reading other related reviews, something has definitely changed with the administrative/support staffers. I should look into visiting another pain mgmt clinic to get the services I once received from Precision; as it relates to the administrative/support staff. I do not have the confidence I once received from knowledgeable staffers. Still, moreover, I received information from what appeared to be nonchalant staffers as it relates to rescheduling 2nd-procedure, insurance requirements, etc. I sincerely hope that Dr. Wages and the support staff supervisor have the opportunity to read this review and other related documents and make necessary changes in the office. I am not interested in receiving boilerplate language responses which will not change the matter at hand. Thanks.

LaDonnia Fowler Since Dr. Wages left, this place has went down hill fast. I have tried for OVER a month and a half to just get a return phone to set up a procedure. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has even attempted to return my call..

We were given clear instructions to make his procedure as comfortable as it could be. Everyone was helpful and very professional!

ASH After weeks of debilitating pain I hauled myself to this ER. Some of the most uninformative and unprofessional employees Ive ever encountered. Lack of empathy and knowledge of whats going on. I am in recovery for a eating disorder and due to nerve damage was unable to get out of bed for weeks. This resulted is severe dehydration and and back injury. I was made to feel like "its in my head" and pure anxiety. Its important to note Ive been treated for years in Vegas with physical therapy and never had a problem. The ER did not have a doctor available which was highly upsetting. I was never advised I wouldnt see the doctor. They attempted to discharge me without communicating any findings. They administered antibiotics without telling me why. I cant remember her name but an older nurse was the only staff member to show any empathy. She had to remind her what I can only assume to be a trainee that she was supposed to introduce herself to me and tell me my results. My experience left me concerned for my well-being. I will be monitoring the bill and fighting anything that doesnt make sense. This hospital is understaffed and scarily unqualified. Two younger nurses behaved as if they were snotty teenagers being your classic "mean girl" I plan on making a video in depth about my experience as I do have a following on social media. People need to be warned of this hospital that is clearly on here to charge up peoples insurance. They prescribed me medications I already have that are not working hence why Im in the ER. If 1 single individual spoke to me they might have known that.

Justin Fairless They need more personnel for their office staff or their current staff needs some re-training. Here’s my experience with Texas Gastroenterology Consultants: Thursday February 1st, I called to set up appointment after an ER visit. The staff informed me that they only accept referral patients (even though my insurance doesn’t require it.) I go to the primary care doctor and get a referral. My referral was sent over from my primary care doctor on a Friday February 2nd, when I asked if they had received it, they told me to re-check on Monday. Monday, Feb 5th arrives and they tell me they might have it on the fax, but won’t be able to check until Friday, February 9th, since they have so many faxes coming in. I double check with my primary care doctor and have them send another copy, just in case the first one did not go through. Friday the 9th arrives, and the Texas Gastro office staff tells me they didn’t receive it and gives me the busy fax song and dance, so I ask them if I can hand deliver my referral instead and they say that works for them. Monday February 12th, I hand deliver the referral paperwork and they tell me it will be a few days. When my primary care doctor checked in with me to see if I had gotten an appointment, I told them everything that I’ve written here. My primary care calls their office and the front staff tells my primary care doctor that they have not received my referral (this is after I had already hand delivered it!) I STILL have not heard back from them and it’s been a full business week. At this point I’ve given up and made an appointment with another GI doctor, which is a shame because I’ve heard Dr. So is really great. TLDR: Good luck getting an appointment. **Edit** About 2 hours after posting this review, I received a call from their office and got an appointment but decided to keep my appointment with the other GI Doctor.

Sandy Smith I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the cancellation of my appointment on January 3, 2025, which occurred AFTER I had already arrived at the office. This experience was both inconvenient and unprofessional. I had scheduled this appointment well in advance, ensuring I could prioritize my time accordingly. Upon arriving at 7:45 am for an 8:00 am, appointment, I was greeted with locked doors. After I was finally admitted into the building, by I was informed by the staff that the appointment had been canceled. I had performed a cleanse the day prior to my appointment, as instructed, which was uncomfortable to say the very least. Unfortunately, I had not been notified in advance, which left me unable to make alternate arrangements or avoid unnecessary travel and preparation. Do not waste your time at this business.

Fantasia Tidwell Now usually I dont do this buut I think this draws the line. My 16 yr old brother has been sick for close to over two weeks now to his stomach cant hold anything down all that stuff. He went yesterday bc his dr said if its not just the normal virus itll last longer than a day or two. So he came here to the er department and waited about an HR til he went back and 3 DIFF people to come in and try to draw blood in FOUR DIFFERENT places. HE WAS SO DEHYDRATED THEY COULD NOT START AN IV ON HIM. They THEN carried onto have my VERY DEHYDRATED16yr old brother wait another FOUR TO FIVE HOURS. Aafter those 430 hrs of waiting and no help he told them they werent trying to stick him with another needle then to wait a few more minutes and decided to just leave. I EXPECTED better service and experience seeing that his drs xray and blood tests all came BACK ALL NORMAL. Sooo whats up with that??

jessica young Didnt Even Make it to the appointment. Scheduled the appointment for my husband when I spoke to the first lady that scheduled the appointment she was very nice I explained to her that I wasnt sure what the insurance number was. but that I would bring in the paperwork the day of the appointment. Today I get a missed call from the clinic asking for a call back with the insurance information. I called and spoke to Michelle and she was very rude. I explained what I explained to the original person I spoke to and she told me to calm down. I dont know how much more calm I could of been seeing as I wasnt upset and speaking in a normal tone. I had my husband call back since he had the insurance card on him and she was very rude to him as well cut him off as he was speaking and then hung up on him after he provided her with the information. It Immediately gave red flags. So I canceled the appointment and will find a different Dr for him. Its a shame that you have someone at this facility that clearly does not enjoy her job or want to be there.
