5 /5 edith McKinney: Visiting this Urgent care was a great experience, from the front desk the checking in lady, I believe her name is Charisna was very kind, the lobby is very clean, and then the NA who called me to the room, which she was very friendly I remembered thanking her for working that day, because it was a day after thanksgiving day. The PA Brain, he was very professional, knowledgeable and caring. He made the small but intense surgery pretty smooth. I highly recommend Freedom Urgent care to anyone who needs medical attention. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️

2 /5 T G: Never schedule an appointment. Have never been seen in a timely manner, even though they want you to use the appointment system. Today appointment set for 8:30, was not taken back til 9:30 due to walk-ins. Care is good.

1 /5 Elicia Hayes: I was suffering from diaparticulitis, I called and spoke to nurse, Lisa and told her what I have and what was needed of them. She told me, no problem. Come on in, we can handle it. I get there. I wait 5 minutes pay $40, coal pay only to go to the back. And a male doctor tells me, Im sorry, maam. We cant help you here. You need to go over to emergency. I really feel my colpay. Shouldve been refunded because I sat in there longer. Then. I did an emergency at the hospital who handled my case with no problem, very disappointed. In this place, granted, the workers were nice. The place was clean. But someone miss lisa lied to me on the phone
