Brenda Franco: Our family loves Megan Casselman, but how hard it sit to have someone answer the phone. 2024 and we have to go in person to schedule appointments. Ridiculous how bad the customer service is.
Guy Quiett: I have driven both my father and my mother-in-law to this office. It’s a 2.5 hr drive each way. My father was treated very rudely and kept waiting by the front office staff. The Dr was very abrupt and dismissive. We did not go forward with his surgery through them. My mother in law had hip surgery with Dr dickens-it went fine. However her follow up was a nightmare. The office called 4 times to reschedule! The day arrives-we make the long drive- only to be told she missed her appointment and they couldn’t get her in for hours. Needless to say everyone was highly pissed off. My 85 year old mother in law will NOT be returning to this office ever again. There are other choices-I suggest you pick one! This business will continue to lose business if they cannot get better trained, pleasant staff.
Xavier Lopez: Went their yesterday and overall had a pleasant time. Despite being told the wait would be 2 hours, my guess is they really pushed through and my entire time there, including the wait, the prep, and seeing the doctor, was about an hour altogether. Staff was very polite and the CNA that helped me was exceptionally so due to the fact that I was actually nervous having not gone to any doctor in over a year yet they were very polite and reassuring. Once again, all in all, I would highly recommend them.
Waverly Inman: Our sons dental surgery went as smooth as smooth could be. Hes 20 has Autism and Epilepsy. He was treated like a prince and we were treated like the King and Queen. Everyone was so nice, helpful, considerate and caring. It really warmed my heart. We drove 4 hours and it was WELL worth it. This is our "Home" hospital from now on for our son. They even called 2 days later to check on him. He was an actual patient and not just a number. Thanks to everyone involved.
Philip Kinney: Dr Ketron , Jen , Dorene & rest of staff are amazing! As a new patient Dr Ketron spent time explaining everything… I never felt rushed or that he was too busy with other patients
I chose to switch cardiologists because back in February he performed emergency heart surgery on my sister & saved her life.

I was in the ER for 10 hours with my Autistic 12 year old kiddo by side. All the ladies were super sweet with my kiddo and very understanding of her needs as well as mine. They even made sure she ate since we were there from about 11:45 am- 10 pm ❤️
The entire staff was amazing!
Super nice, caring and a pleasure to be around.
Bedside manner was great, I love chatty nurses!
Dr Hermann was very soft spoken, let me explain my laundry list of symptoms without rushing me, and was also a pleasure to speak with.
A C: This place is good for one thing and that is negligence. No one seems to care to give the medical care that is needed. They may say the "right" things , play the role of caring but when it is all said and done you find that you are just a genie pig for the resident(s) that treated you. Unfortunately it may take some time before you realize this, so skip this place and find yourself a REAL doctor. I highly recommend you NOT use this place. This is for the Conroe location. As you read the reviews prior, much of the same thing.
Atward Anderson: Wonderful experience!!! Classy And Caring staff! They even pronounced my Name Correctly! The lady at the front desk was so Sweet the nurse was Awesome: My cough is still horrible and my ribs hurt. The true test is to see how a follow up goes. I will give an update.
Dwane Swonke: This place was an utter disappointment. They have no clue when it comes respiratory therapy. My mom left worse than when she arrived and they said they couldn’t help her. She’s back in the hospital today on spontaneous breathing. Cornerstone had her vent dependent.
Do not take your loved ones to this facility. They will promise you the world but can’t deliver. That’s my experience!
