1 /5 Guy Quiett: I have driven both my father and my mother-in-law to this office. It’s a 2.5 hr drive each way. My father was treated very rudely and kept waiting by the front office staff. The Dr was very abrupt and dismissive. We did not go forward with his surgery through them. My mother in law had hip surgery with Dr dickens-it went fine. However her follow up was a nightmare. The office called 4 times to reschedule! The day arrives-we make the long drive- only to be told she missed her appointment and they couldn’t get her in for hours. Needless to say everyone was highly pissed off. My 85 year old mother in law will NOT be returning to this office ever again. There are other choices-I suggest you pick one! This business will continue to lose business if they cannot get better trained, pleasant staff.

5 /5 Txn: Dr. Dickens performed my ACL surgery back in September of 2024. Workmans comp has been denying my P.T. I reached out to them for assistance in having it approved. Ashley, Crystal, and Karola all played a part in finally convincing Workmans Comp that it is medically necessary. Im very thankful for these people, Dr. Dickens as well. Thank you all.

5 /5 Jaclyn Bridwell: Dr Burkes and his staff have been so kind, knowledgeable and helpful to our family. My three year old broke his leg and they made sure he was immediately seen and taken care of. His staff was always available to change his cast and never acted like it was an inconvenience. Wait time was minimum for every appointment! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Crystal Ramirez: Great doctors and front desk was very fast. Appointments scheduled timely never have to wait to long to be called to the back. I will always recommend family and friends to West Texas Orthopedic. They will tell you what needs to be done not what patients want to hear. Especially if your kids play sports.
