As a new patient Dr Ketron spent time explaining everything… I never felt rushed or that he was too busy with other patients I chose to switch cardiologists because back in February he performed emergency heart surgery on my sister & saved her life. 5 stars to the whole office!

1 /5 Rachel Slowik: This place is awful! I went a while back because I was having problems with my right knee . The Dr sent me for x ray when the results came back she proceeded to tell me that theres nothing wrong with my knee and I was just fat and overweight. She said maybe if you loose some weight your knee will stop hurting by you being so fat youre putting more pressure on your knee . I was like what Dr says that to a patient. I never went back . Not even sure she is still there. I hope she never gets a Dr like she was. She had no bedside manner. Dont go there .

5 /5 Virginia Edwards: Nurse Jen was very thorough and friendly. She is absolutely everything you would want in a nurse. Doreen was very kind and helpful at setting up my next appointment. Dr. Ketron was very professional and kind. Listened to my issues and promptly addressed them.

5 /5 Steve Miller: I saw Dr Ketron and was very pleased with the professionalism of the office and care. Dr Ketron was very personable and open dialogue. Jen was excellant as his assistant. No real complaints except being a little late but not unexpected sincebit was end if the day appointment. This was my 3rd cardiologist in this clinic in 9 years and hope this continues. I like his approach.

Dwane Swonke: This place was an utter disappointment. They have no clue when it comes respiratory therapy. My mom left worse than when she arrived and they said they couldn’t help her. She’s back in the hospital today on spontaneous breathing. Cornerstone had her vent dependent. Do not take your loved ones to this facility. They will promise you the world but can’t deliver. That’s my experience!

Wayne Woods: I was admitted for MRI and cat scan I agreed to stay the night only with the assurance from the Dr that I be given my VA prescribed medication. I was not given my meds except for sleep. I take meds for complex PTSD. I had 2 major episodes and after that, then summarily dismissed because I was agitated. I warn anyone who cares about their family, DO NOT GO THERE. This is my second visit in 4 yrs and was denied Veterans benefits both times.

Emergency Room at HCA Houston Conroe - Conroe

Tina Loflin: I was in the ER due to heart issues. After hours I was admitted. It took 26 hours to get into a room. For 26 hrs I had to sit , and watch people cry in pain because they had been forgotten and their pain was unbearable, people that looked perfectly fine get in and out. only 1 nurse was kind enough to get me into a triage room for a few hrs to sleep some what comfortable. At shift change many people including myself were taken out of rooms and put back into the lobby or in beds in the hallway of the ER. I had multiple tests done within the 26 hrs thankfully. By the time I was moved into a room monitored overnight. The nurses were very kind on the 1st floor and were baffled that I had to wait so long. In the morning I had 1 test done and released within hours with only 45 seconds of the ER drs time. Couldnt ask many questions as he was in and out. Thankfully my nurse was able to assist me and lead me in the direction I needed. I will advise if you have a MINOR issue use an urgent care as it takes less time to get a test done or be assisted. Flu was all around the hospital in which you can be seen by a Dr or urgent care. Hospitals are for EMERGENCIES. I really hope HCA gets a better hold of things and better protocols when dealing with capacity issues. I have attached a picture of myself in a hallway while there were 2 empty rooms right next to me.

They knew excellent service. One time it took 1 hour to get my heart rate down. They assured my Son who just 15yrs old that i was going to be fine. I had an ablation and turned out wonderful

I usually don’t need reminders of my appointments since I track my stuff very closely but I have had a few times where I forgot an important detail and they called to follow up. I have not had a bad experience and I have been visiting this facility for a year now. Fellow Vets, yes wait times are long but do your research and come prepared to set your self up for success and get the great medical help we earned with our hard work. Thank you to the front desk staff as they are always patient and so knowledgeable. As well as the providers.

She listened and truly seemed she wanted to address my symptoms. It was very clean and organized and the nurse tech was very sweet as well. Top notch service. My PCP is at Kelsey Seybold clinic and Ive been very happy with them the last 5 years but I might be making a change to Village due to my service today.
