4 /5 Bennie: Regarding the one star off - reception staff take a very long time to answer or call you back if you leave a message (which truly might have something to do with call volume, but I don’t know). It would be helpful to get a “you’re number # in line” message. I’ve had to follow up with them a few times myself after several days had passed.
Regarding medical staff though, Heather Lowrey is incredible. She’s one of the providers who has always listened to me and didn’t ignore my concerns. She doesn’t rush you. She answers all of your questions. She’s very friendly too. Could not recommend her more.
