Christina Jones I was expecting to see a very rude Dr G Patel because of the reviews left for him but he is one of the nicest drs I’ve ever had. Thank you Dr G for being so nice and for making me feel so comfortable. The ladies there as well are all so nice. So don’t go by the reviews here,find out for yourself.

Mark Sanchez Recently had heart surgery and having gas buildup in my abdomen area. Went and got a blood test as requested in late December. Still have not received results. I’ve called twice now with no call back and though they may not have seen anything in bloodwork, I’m still having issues.

Sofia Gonzales Jeff is the worst! He is very rude and honestly needs some new training on how to talk to his patients. Just because he is having a bad day doesn’t mean he should take it out of his patients. Very unprofessional.

John Avara Never enjoy going to a doctors office, but if you gotta go-- this is the place. Friendly staff and Dr. Salcedo is excellent. She asks questions and listens. Then explains treatment and follow up if necessary. Always feel cared for as a person. Staff organizes the appointments so that you are seen in a timely manner.

Violet Brooks They never answer there phone I always have to go to the office just to ask a question

Valeria Hernandez The doctor is polite. His wife on the other hand is extremely rude and unprofessional it’s also very difficult to be able to talk to someone over the phone. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Leland Cline A long five month wait on everyone else until I found doctor Donepudis office. They all were pleasant and responsive. The hard work and dedication to me as a patient proved to get me help within days. If not for Dr. Donapudi and her staff I would still be in despair.

Joe Melvin Its a wonderful experience every time I call or visit Dr. Donepudis office. The ladies at the reception desk are polite and welcoming. Dealing with Debbie in the scheduling department is a joy every time I call and Ill usually at least try to stop by her office to say hello if Im there. Dr. Donepudi is very professional and caring to her patients. She can also be fun to joke with once you get to know her. She even came and checked on me while I was in the hospital for another issue. Five stars all the way!!!

Bricker Pamela The dark haired, heavy set woman covering the check-in for imaging is the worst at customer service Ive ever experienced. She was so busy gossiping that it took her 5 minutes to ask me if I needed help. After that she acted as if checking me in was an inconvenience. Shes been there for a few years and hasnt gotten any better at working with people. She needs a position that requires her to move around and not deal with the public. Theres an issue every time I go there and she checks us in. SMH...just because someone shows up for work every day doesnt mean theyre good at their job.

Bob Crites Went in on Monday for xrays. When done they said xrays would to my doctor next day. 2 weeks later still no xrays. When I called it took them 20 minutes to find them. Their excuse. "They just fell through the cracks" no remorse no Im sorry completely uncaring attitude. If you have a choice stay away

Xavier Lopez Went their yesterday and overall had a pleasant time. Despite being told the wait would be 2 hours, my guess is they really pushed through and my entire time there, including the wait, the prep, and seeing the doctor, was about an hour altogether. Staff was very polite and the CNA that helped me was exceptionally so due to the fact that I was actually nervous having not gone to any doctor in over a year yet they were very polite and reassuring. Once again, all in all, I would highly recommend them.

Pisot Pisot NP Chandra Keele is rude. She books a lot of patients and wants to only spend a few minutes. She told me that another Dr had called off so she was very busy and could only spend a few minutes with me. Well I dont get to pay you half when you double book. Does not even listen to your problems. She even yelled at me during one of my visits and refused to fill out my paperwork. She seems nice when you dont have a lot of questions and just in for a regular checkup. But when things are complication, her true side shows. Beware of NP Chandra! Only go to her if you want a quick physical, but is you want someone patient that actually cares she is not the one. She gets off with this attitude due to limited options in Midland.

Jennifer Edwards This office doesnt answer the phones, doesnt call in RX correctly or until days later, has 221-DOCS field all their calls to avoid patients was the exact words used. The 2 ladies I saw there were kind and smart. No notes are entered on Patient Portal and theres no way to send them a msg. If you dont need communication with the Dr and have all day to sit waiting to talk to someone @221-DOCS this is the office for you!

Hayworth Trucking I have been going here for almost two years now . The only thing the doctor has done is send me for blood work 3 times and give me prescription.I think he has checked my eyes, ears and throat. twice. Most of the time I am there is waiting to be seen( about 2 to 3 hours ) and the when I get in the back to a room i spend another hour or more waiting for the doctor to come in and talk to me for 5 minutes and the pay over a hundred dollars for the visit . Maybe I should start charging a $100 for the time that i have to spend waiting on them. Then when I get home I get a text asking how was my visit? But they really dont care that people wait all day to be seen when their appointment was at 8 am and just getting see at 12 pm and their whole day is gone. You get told to call and they will send in the prescription in for you . But you have to go and have them print it off so you can get them filled because they are to lazy to send it over when you call their service. Their service tells you that they will call you and you dont get a call with in the 48 hours they are to call you back. Yes this makes me mad. I do not go to a doctor just to have them tell me I am fat! Or for them to write me a prescription just because they dont want to do their job. And I get asked the same questions every time.

Patrick Roberson Have been using dolly for about 5 years now. She is great and always tells me like it is. Always on me to be healthier and lose weight. On occasion you may sit in the waiting room longer than you should with an appointment but Ive found that to be true of every doctor...

Marie Rogers I would get the first appt of day in hopes of a speedy exit. She made me wait so long I had to use a half day of pto just to get a rx renewal. So started getting last appt of day to limit work time lost. She fat shamed me and it was behind my back, leaving room the raising voice so I would hear. Last time I went. I only ever needed a low dose rx. She did yearly diagnostic tests scheduled so patients came in every 3 months. Originally the scheduler and nurse were long time employees but the scheduler got fed up and quit and the sane wonderful nurse left because her husband got transferred. My last time there was in 2015 and I doubt I could get my records as if you delayed an appt past 3 months they had to re enter it all over again. She does have paper files but good luck there.

Alex Harris Ok I dont even know were to start first of my appointment was at 10:45 I didnt get seen till 11:45, also the questions here are weird in all my time I never had to answer a nurse what religion I am, whats my weight goal was before even weighing me. Its hard enough having to work and find time off to do this and they make you wait longer and the whole staff was really rude I came in for a ear infection and they kept pressuring me about flu shots, covid vaccine, and other medical problems i have but cant afford to deal with right now for a place for the public its not very kind your better off going somewhere else.

Ben White Took ages just to find a phone number to try and schedule an appointment, had it scheduled two days later, showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, filled out the paperwork, didnt get called for over an hour. Went ahead and left, and about 30 minutes after I left I got a call from them. Never going back.

J- Rod Worse place to take ur childrens, Spanish speaking receptionist was rude, calling me names, dont take ur kids if ur kid have scratches, or bumps in their shin for being a kid, they will call the cops, if ur kid doesnt live in liberal safe space bubble avoid this place! Investigation was done, came clean the cps said nothing wrong with kid having a bump in the leg from running around. I will never seek their services again, looking forward for a attorney to get in their case!

Eline Pupo The waiting time is insane!! Ive been here for 2 hours and still not able to see the doctor. She is a great doctor, very sweet and kind but the clinic its the worse. The schedule an appoinment and if you are late they cancel, but then they make you wait for 2 hours before you can see you pediatrician. Very sad

Brenda Franco Our family loves Megan Casselman, but how hard it sit to have someone answer the phone. 2024 and we have to go in person to schedule appointments. Ridiculous how bad the customer service is.

Evelyn Juniper Dr. G is amazing, she listens and I feel like she truly cares. Dr. Panda I got stuck with because Dr. G was fully booked. Don’t see her.
