5 /5 Sarah Manzer: I was here recently with a Hypertensive Emergency. I was in the ER for 10 hours with my Autistic 12 year old kiddo by side. All the ladies were super sweet with my kiddo and very understanding of her needs as well as mine. They even made sure she ate since we were there from about 11:45 am- 10 pm ❤️ The entire staff was amazing! Super nice, caring and a pleasure to be around. Bedside manner was great, I love chatty nurses! Dr Hermann was very soft spoken, let me explain my laundry list of symptoms without rushing me, and was also a pleasure to speak with.

5 /5 Claudine Orelus: On February 28, 2025, I was in pain, so I decided to go to this hospital, and I didnt regret it a bit. A pretty, jovial lady named Melania or Melanie was at registration and welcomed me with a smile and kind words. About five minutes later, another pretty and beyond nice lady named Jojo (a registered nurse) called me to the back. She was kind, sweet, and very respectful, as was Melania or Melanie. After I talked to the nurse, about 10 minutes later, Doctor Joseph walked in. He was a very respectful young man who explained his assessment of my symptoms and gave me some options for testing. Another 10 minutes later, a very funny man came to get me for some X-rays; he was very funny and jovial. In less than three hours, I was done with the treatment and testing. While I was in the room, Melania or Melanie came with a warm blanket and tucked me in. The experience was great; I loved everything about this hospital.

5 /5 Justin Lindsey: I had a great experience at the emergency room when I came in with a completely clogged ear due to wax buildup. Dr. Joseph and Paul were incredibly professional, kind, and efficient in resolving the issue. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explained everything clearly. Within no time, my hearing was fully restored, and I left feeling much better. I truly appreciate their expertise and care—thank you both! Highly recommend this ER for anyone in need of excellent medical attention.

5 /5 Doug Lehn: Excellent World Class Care. My Dr Joseph spent a great deal of time helping me understand my diagnosis and treatment plan. I got right into a room when I arrived and Paul (Nurse) started with my initial exam right away. He was extremely knowledgeable in Medicare care and prepared me prior to the Dr arriving. My Lab Tech (Robert) did a thorough job and was extremely nice! Overall this was a 5 star experience and I couldn’t be more pleased

5 /5 Cyreza Lewis: All I can say is I went in crying and came out smiling. The staff there are extremely caring and sweet!! Ms. Sara at the front for registration, I automatically felt the ER was gonna be a smooth process. She was very sweet & comforting. Dr. Joseph was an amazing doctor, he listened & he was very helpful and took the time to explain anything if I didn’t understand! My nurse Mr. Paul was very gentle when it came to stick and poke and explained everything he was doing very well. The lab tech. Ms Shonna was a very sweet women’s she made sure I was comfortable at all times. My overall experience was definitely a 10 out of 10 !!
