However, from being greeted by a Fantastic Receptionist, through the surgery staff and the discharge nurse....I can say.....WOW!!!!!!, SUCH STUPENDOUS SERVICE! So, take my word for it...these Terrific folks will take AWESOME care of you!

4 /5 Brent Townsend: Nice clean facility, mostly friendly staff. The first nurse, andrea, was very sweet and patient. The operating nurse with tattoos of stars behind her ears was not very nice. Two and a half hours to wait for procedure. Dr Larkin was very nice.

5 /5 Robert Hernandez: Hands down the most pleasant time here. Had to repair a bicep high grade tear and honestly couldnt have gone better. Dr. Charles Breckenridge, MD and Dr Sanchez, BEST ever. Everything went smoothly, nurses were nice as well.

Ive had two Minor back surgury and they keep me comfortable and make sure im doing well the whole time.ive had leslie who talked to me aboutthe surgury the fist timer. I have to mention Bill who is awesome and will make sur yourcomfortable and keep you smiling. The nurses are the best in recovery. They help you and they do not rush you. My recovery nurse this time was the sweetest lady darn cant remember her name. Overall i highly recommend CC outpatient for any surgery they ate the best!!

I was very nervous on my way to the e clinic , I left feeling like the next time I’ll be more at ease because of the care I received from everyone.

They couldn’t work me in with any other provider. I pleaded with them because my symptoms are severe and I’ve been waiting a long time. No empathy. Oh but when we miss an appointment they are quick to charge us!! And I agree with all the other comments. Rude staff!! What’s with the receptionist with the sign on her basket of pens stating “ buy your own”?? How petty and unprofessional!

Hannah Bishop: Wish I could give 0 stars, they do not care about their dependent patients at all! Ever since Dr. Snyder left, the facility has gone downhill. The patient advocate is impossible to contact. When I scheduled an appointment, I asked for a female doctor as that is what I felt most comfortable with. The corpsman proceeded to interrogate me and asked me why I did not want to see Dr. Pham then tells me that "its my prerogative." I have never had such terrible care until moving here. In addition, half my records are innaccurate and there are bold faced lies about the "treatment" they have provided. The only positive about this place is the pharmacy staff. So sick of modern day medicine and their lack of respect for the patient. Needless to say I have switched to Tricare Select.

All the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Facilities are clean and well kept. After my sons concussion last summer, they called to check on him a couple days after he was seen.

Nahir Soto: The staff are friendly and Dr. Elizondo is very approachable and seems to care about his patients. However, the wait times are way too long. On previous occasions, I have had to wait approximately an hour to be called from the waiting area and then 30 minutes to be actually seen by the doctor in the exam room. On a more recent occasion, I arrived literally 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Instead of being understanding about the situation, I was outright refused and told to come back and reschedule. While I could have understood being placed at the bottom of the list to be fair to other patients, I cannot understand how 2 minutes means losing an appointment. I lose an entire afternoon waiting to be seen, but 2 minutes is losing the appointment.
