I was quite nervous going in, but Doctor Torres and the entire nursing staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining every step of the process with patience and empathy. Doctor Torres demonstrated exceptional expertise and a reassuring bedside manner, which greatly eased my concerns. The nurses were equally fantastic, attentive to my needs and quick to offer support or a kind word. Their professionalism and kindness truly made a difference in my experience today. I couldnt be more grateful for the high standard of care I received. A heartfelt thank you to Doctor Torres and the nursing team for their outstanding care.

5 /5 georgia teller: Efficient, professional, caring health care workers. Heatheren, my nurse, was very attentive and cheerful and made sure that I was comfortable. The anesthesiologist and his nurse Mary were informative and kind. I felt that I was in very good hands. Dr. Peter Neff, my orthopedic surgeon, is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. Facility was very clean. I highly recommend this surgical hospital and staff!

1 /5 Stephen Berry: If I could give this place a big fat ZERO. I would. Had hernia surgery in 2020. Worst possible time. Nurses rushed me to get dress, alone. Rushed me out the door n never said a word to my wife, handed her the paperwork n closed the door.

Hannah Bishop: Wish I could give 0 stars, they do not care about their dependent patients at all! Ever since Dr. Snyder left, the facility has gone downhill. The patient advocate is impossible to contact. When I scheduled an appointment, I asked for a female doctor as that is what I felt most comfortable with. The corpsman proceeded to interrogate me and asked me why I did not want to see Dr. Pham then tells me that "its my prerogative." I have never had such terrible care until moving here. In addition, half my records are innaccurate and there are bold faced lies about the "treatment" they have provided. The only positive about this place is the pharmacy staff. So sick of modern day medicine and their lack of respect for the patient. Needless to say I have switched to Tricare Select.

All the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Facilities are clean and well kept. After my sons concussion last summer, they called to check on him a couple days after he was seen.

Nahir Soto: The staff are friendly and Dr. Elizondo is very approachable and seems to care about his patients. However, the wait times are way too long. On previous occasions, I have had to wait approximately an hour to be called from the waiting area and then 30 minutes to be actually seen by the doctor in the exam room. On a more recent occasion, I arrived literally 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Instead of being understanding about the situation, I was outright refused and told to come back and reschedule. While I could have understood being placed at the bottom of the list to be fair to other patients, I cannot understand how 2 minutes means losing an appointment. I lose an entire afternoon waiting to be seen, but 2 minutes is losing the appointment.

Glenn Setzer: AVOID THE BROWN TEAM!!! Ive been in the system for decades. I have medical conditions that need monitoring. I transferred from Florida to here and in my 1st visit here the doc said "its too difficult to get my VA records from Fla so I get to start from scratch " WHAT THE HECK!!! Its a simple point/click process. I was sick during the winter, I reached out for help twice. His staff said hes been informed then Nothing. He totally ignored me. If you have ever been there you know its dead in there, never more than 3 people waiting yet he is an hour late every time. Once, after an hour he comes in and stands in front of me with his fly open and shirt peeking out. Good God he cant even put his pants on much less provide prompt and attentive care. He was an hour and 15min late for a freaking virtual appointment. He has No Respect for your time. He still hasnt pulled my records so my health issues have gone unmonitored for over a year. Ive tried to not rock the boat but Ive had enough. Hes clearly there for a easy check and by ignoring peoples previous health issues i feel hes deadly. To make it worse he hides behind his front line staff. Until recently I felt sorry for them but I no longer feel that way. BROWN is the perfect color for this group. AVOID THIS VA FACIALLY AT ALL COST.
