1 /5 Katie Revolinski: Group owes me $60 and won’t return a call. I was seen back in August for a consult. The office charged me $60 for a co-pay. I thought it was strange because I don’t have co-pays. I pay towards my deductible. I should have something then, but didn’t. I paid and went on my way. When I received my EOB it stated that I owed $0 for that appointment. I called to let them know I would be canceling my next appointment (a week in advance) and that I received my EOB and let them know I would be waiting for a refund. I left this info on a VM bc no one answered. I have since called 3 more times, not once getting a person. I left messages with every call. Finally, I decided to get my bank involved, however I waited too long for them to do anything about it. I’m not sure what else to do to get my money back shy of driving out to Sherman with my EOB and speaking to them in person.
