Janice Fontenot: 5/17/24 asked for reference , gave info. I got ear drops 5/17/24. No reference put in til after Memorial week end on 5/28/24. This Dr no longer taking patients and paper shredded up after calling the Dr that put it in. The office that just told Fontenot it would take 5 - 7 business days , thats in June 8 or 10 , 2024. End of May reach out the website for ENT . Closest we can get is 2 hour to Galveston. Did any medical person look at my left ear on 6/13/24 ? No ! Lets hope reference to Dr is correct , Im scheduled for July 1, 2024.Got the hearing test to show why I didnt hear my stove go off and we already know it at S.E.T.M.A. and was any worried enough to change my date. Oh , my just maybe 5/17/24- fluid , 5/23/24 cant hear that stove. Glad I didnt answer this right after hearing test .

Drgrinch T: Used to be a good Dr and office. I had been a patient of his for years but this Dr and his office are more about the number of patients and less about the patients now. You make an appointment for a certain time, you show up early or on time and wait another hour to get seen. This has become the norm here. Then when you mention anything about it they get an attitude with you and inform you that your welcome to go see another doctor. Of course I’m just a drop in the bucket but to be disregarded after so many years is painful. I have to take off work to be seen and arrange with my employer to be off for that time. If I were late to my appointment by an hour I would be charged a no show fee and have to reschedule. Not sure why my time is less valuable than his. Bedside manner has gone to a much lower level. Don’t even attempt to get a referral, his office will just “forget” to put it through. Apparently being a doctor has gone to his head and now it’s just a money game. Thanks for letting me know I can go elsewhere sir! I will take my excellent insurance and go see a Dr that actually cares about their patients and will not Consistently waste my time. Hope you wake up one day Dr Jeremy Huff before you lose all of your patients.

Leslie Morales: Horrible office workers, when asking for fax # they refused & wanted to charge $40 per paper needing a physician statement. Wife answered and started yelling at me to leave them alone. My husband had surgery Monday and cannot go back to work without the statement. Not sure if the doctor cares whats going on, sure doesnt look like it. ZERO STARS!!

Hope Soliz: I just experienced the worst customer service ever at this facility!!! To that lady who sit on the right as you walk in. You should really co sider a different line of work if you are going to be so rude & unwilling to assist a patient. You dont smile, you dont make everything contact, your mono tone is not acceptable!!! Worse your unwillingness to check my eligibility!! I had an appointment with new group coverage and had Aetna on speaker phone so you can verbally check my eligibility, but you refused! Also you refused to give me your name never even looking at me. My Goodness this lady should not be in this field!!! You should not work with people because you are not a people person. For this reason me and my family will no longer visit this Dr.

Thea Butler: I went to Christus Trinity last February. They sent me to the hospital (Christus Spohn) to draw blood for a series of tests. The bill was sent to the wrong address, and the results never came. The clinic told me to go to the hospital to ask for my results. And they are still asking me to pay my bill even if I never received my results. Both the clinic and the hospital have been awful. Worse, Christus Spohn charged me 5x more than Quest Diagnostics offers.

Jose Gonzalez: This place is straight cheek. They can’t even make a simple referral to a specialist without messing something up. I’ve been a patient here for 3 years and seen my actual “doctor” once. This world of PAs is not for me anymore. Another example is that I’m current on the phone with them right now to ask a simple question about my referral and I’m going on a 27 minute hold. Insane.
