I had an appointment with new group coverage and had Aetna on speaker phone so you can verbally check my eligibility, but you refused! Also you refused to give me your name never even looking at me. My Goodness this lady should not be in this field!!! You should not work with people because you are not a people person. For this reason me and my family will no longer visit this Dr.

Thea Butler: I went to Christus Trinity last February. They sent me to the hospital (Christus Spohn) to draw blood for a series of tests. The bill was sent to the wrong address, and the results never came. The clinic told me to go to the hospital to ask for my results. And they are still asking me to pay my bill even if I never received my results. Both the clinic and the hospital have been awful. Worse, Christus Spohn charged me 5x more than Quest Diagnostics offers.

Jose Gonzalez: This place is straight cheek. They can’t even make a simple referral to a specialist without messing something up. I’ve been a patient here for 3 years and seen my actual “doctor” once. This world of PAs is not for me anymore. Another example is that I’m current on the phone with them right now to ask a simple question about my referral and I’m going on a 27 minute hold. Insane.

Stephanie Ausbrooks: Anytime I need an appt. They get me in that day or the next. Theres never a wait time. Ive had problems with the pharmacy in Abilene and the staff at the clinic are always prompt in helping with it. Virtual visits are the best thing when you dont want to get the kids out or yourself because of the weather. I highly recommend Elaine for any annual exams. Bobby takes the time to listen to what I have to say. I never feel like hes rushing to the next patient. The ladies in the office are always eager to help with the references we need to specialists. The wait time to get into the visit is short. Ive had to wait with my husband for 3 or more hours at some clinics.

Keenan Evans: Would give 0 stars if I could. Was assigned to them for primary care, but they will NOT answer their phone. My insurance company cannot get ahold of them, and neither can I. Will resort to going in person soon, at the very least to make sure this is an actual doctors office and not a front for insurance fraud. Their automated voicemail also warns of a $150 fee for calling outside of office hours. The absolutely unmitigated gall is astounding.
