1 /5 Hope Soliz: I just experienced the worst customer service ever at this facility!!! To that lady who sit on the right as you walk in. You should really co sider a different line of work if you are going to be so rude & unwilling to assist a patient. You dont smile, you dont make everything contact, your mono tone is not acceptable!!! Worse your unwillingness to check my eligibility!! I had an appointment with new group coverage and had Aetna on speaker phone so you can verbally check my eligibility, but you refused! Also you refused to give me your name never even looking at me. My Goodness this lady should not be in this field!!! You should not work with people because you are not a people person. For this reason me and my family will no longer visit this Dr.
