1 /5 Hope Soliz: I just experienced the worst customer service ever at this facility!!! To that lady who sit on the right as you walk in. You should really co sider a different line of work if you are going to be so rude & unwilling to assist a patient. You dont smile, you dont make everything contact, your mono tone is not acceptable!!! Worse your unwillingness to check my eligibility!! I had an appointment with new group coverage and had Aetna on speaker phone so you can verbally check my eligibility, but you refused! Also you refused to give me your name never even looking at me. My Goodness this lady should not be in this field!!! You should not work with people because you are not a people person. For this reason me and my family will no longer visit this Dr.

1 /5 Justin Lopez: Find another doctors office. This one is pretty much impossible to get thru on the phone. My wife had to literally show up in person to get anything done which is just ridiculous! She suffers from migraines and needs her medication but it’s impossible to get it when the office doesn’t send in the refills!! Me and my wife are both excited for the new year so we can find a better doctor with a better way of taking care of people. Please stay away for your own health!

2 /5 Carl Read: Dr.kacee was very nice,she knew Im self pay and went out of her way to try and cut my costs when possible. The woman at the front desk is on a power trip .I had a scheduled appointment, went the day before and got bloodwork. The day of my appointment I had the flu or something but the Dr reviewed my blood work and was even happy cause Id lost 70 pounds and my a1c was down. They never sent in my mess and when I went to check since they never answer the phone the receptionist said my visit didnt count cause it was a sick visit so I had to make another appointment if I want my prescriptions

1 /5 Ed Hawkins: Stay away!! This is now the 3rd month in a row that I called in refills to this Dr and they were not called into the pharmacy. The Dr told me to make sure i called in refills at least 1 week in advance? I have done that and still nothing. My pharmacy continues to send multiple requests with no response from the office. I now have to physically go to the office and request my meds. Each times i have gone days without due to their uncaring attitude towards their anyone requesting refills. Having Parkinsons only makes this situation worse. Please ready many of the other reviews for verification of these facts.

2 /5 the dezzer weasel: The nurse practitioners are okay, I never met haitham still being a patient for 6-7 months now. to make an appointment, reschedule, or change you need to go in person everything you need to do at that office you need to be in person cause yea they’ll never answer the phone
