Dr. Jeremy M. Huff, DO - Beaumont (TX)

1 /5 Drgrinch T: Used to be a good Dr and office. I had been a patient of his for years but this Dr and his office are more about the number of patients and less about the patients now. You make an appointment for a certain time, you show up early or on time and wait another hour to get seen. This has become the norm here. Then when you mention anything about it they get an attitude with you and inform you that your welcome to go see another doctor. Of course I’m just a drop in the bucket but to be disregarded after so many years is painful. I have to take off work to be seen and arrange with my employer to be off for that time. If I were late to my appointment by an hour I would be charged a no show fee and have to reschedule. Not sure why my time is less valuable than his. Bedside manner has gone to a much lower level. Don’t even attempt to get a referral, his office will just “forget” to put it through. Apparently being a doctor has gone to his head and now it’s just a money game. Thanks for letting me know I can go elsewhere sir! I will take my excellent insurance and go see a Dr that actually cares about their patients and will not Consistently waste my time. Hope you wake up one day Dr Jeremy Huff before you lose all of your patients.

5 /5 Vicki Williams: Dr. Huff the best doctor Ive ever had. I had been to specialist and all before I saw Dr. Huff. He saved my life. Found my brain tumor when no one else had. I had surgery in Houston in 2014. I credit him with me still being here. Dr. Huff and his staff will be our family doctor from now on.

1 /5 R L: Avoid this office and doctor at all costs. I went in to see him and was supposed to get imaging done. I was told that his patient scheduler would contact me to set up the imaging. She never did. I called several days later and it went straight to voicemail. I left a message to call me back and received a call several days later. It took 3 weeks to schedule me for imaging services. Upon receipt of the imaging information in the hospitals online portal, I was able to read the radiologists notes. When I received a call from Dr Huffs office about the results the front office lady told me things that contradicted what I had read on my diagnosis. I asked that Dr Huff call me to clarify and she said his nurse would. I informed her that I did not know this nurse and she was not familiar with my case. I only requested a few minutes of his time. Dr Huff did call me back to explain my results and then lectured me on professionalism and that his people speak for him and he doesnt need to call back every patient. I guess his people said I was rude which is 100% incorrect. Then he told me to go see another doctor. Funny when people lecture you on professionalism yet dont have any themselves. I will be taking my business somewhere else and I encourage you to do the same. Terrible experience!

1 /5 Bluecurrant: Updated from two years ago and the practice has definitely changed. Not sure why the practice changed. Recently missed a major diagnosis on my ear that was in plain sight. Did not take responsibility for this. Co Worker was even aware of the issue. I am very fortunate to not have serious health issues from this visit so far. Unfortunately, i had to fire him. I am glad to be away from this practice.

1 /5 Valdee Weems: No body answering calls. Ive been calling for 2 days no call cack. Receptionist desk too busy to take calls. They all stairing at the computer. Packed office. Pack a lunch the custumer service sucks. Im about done here.
