1 /5 Thea Butler: I went to Christus Trinity last February. They sent me to the hospital (Christus Spohn) to draw blood for a series of tests. The bill was sent to the wrong address, and the results never came. The clinic told me to go to the hospital to ask for my results. And they are still asking me to pay my bill even if I never received my results. Both the clinic and the hospital have been awful. Worse, Christus Spohn charged me 5x more than Quest Diagnostics offers.

1 /5 Dezii Nikki: The doctor in person is very good. However they get one star because of the answering staff. They had me on hold for 6 minutes then the line hung up. I called back and an incredibly rude man answered stating he is the answering service and he can not do anything. He cannot connect me to anyone. He cannot give anyone any message. He was useless. So basically my bad review is for him not the office.
