3 /5 Janice Fontenot: 5/17/24 asked for reference , gave info. I got ear drops 5/17/24. No reference put in til after Memorial week end on 5/28/24. This Dr no longer taking patients and paper shredded up after calling the Dr that put it in. The office that just told Fontenot it would take 5 - 7 business days , thats in June 8 or 10 , 2024. End of May reach out the website for ENT . Closest we can get is 2 hour to Galveston. Did any medical person look at my left ear on 6/13/24 ? No ! Lets hope reference to Dr is correct , Im scheduled for July 1, 2024.Got the hearing test to show why I didnt hear my stove go off and we already know it at S.E.T.M.A. and was any worried enough to change my date. Oh , my just maybe 5/17/24- fluid , 5/23/24 cant hear that stove.
