1 /5 Leslie Morales: Horrible office workers, when asking for fax # they refused & wanted to charge $40 per paper needing a physician statement. Wife answered and started yelling at me to leave them alone. My husband had surgery Monday and cannot go back to work without the statement. Not sure if the doctor cares whats going on, sure doesnt look like it. ZERO STARS!!

1 /5 Trevor Mccain: This place has no concern for their patients. The staff is rude, the facilities are very unclean with stains on the walls and on the floors. We showed up 10 mins early to our appointment only to find out the staff completely forgot that we were even scheduled. The doctor showed up 30 mins after our scheduled appointment. My advice is to avoid this facility and find treatment at the hospital.

1 /5 Emiliana Wigley: The absolute worse doctors office that I have ever had to deal with. Refused to send a bill for services already provided. Refused to make an appointment for follow-up care after surgery with a patient who still has a drain in her abdomen. Very rude. The nursing home staff couldnt even get through to them.

I’ve been a patient here for 3 years and seen my actual “doctor” once. This world of PAs is not for me anymore. Another example is that I’m current on the phone with them right now to ask a simple question about my referral and I’m going on a 27 minute hold. Insane.

Ive had problems with the pharmacy in Abilene and the staff at the clinic are always prompt in helping with it. Virtual visits are the best thing when you dont want to get the kids out or yourself because of the weather. I highly recommend Elaine for any annual exams. Bobby takes the time to listen to what I have to say. I never feel like hes rushing to the next patient. The ladies in the office are always eager to help with the references we need to specialists. The wait time to get into the visit is short. Ive had to wait with my husband for 3 or more hours at some clinics.

Keenan Evans: Would give 0 stars if I could. Was assigned to them for primary care, but they will NOT answer their phone. My insurance company cannot get ahold of them, and neither can I. Will resort to going in person soon, at the very least to make sure this is an actual doctors office and not a front for insurance fraud. Their automated voicemail also warns of a $150 fee for calling outside of office hours. The absolutely unmitigated gall is astounding.

I thought if this is a good experience I’ll move the other two since it takes less than 5min to get there!! It was fine.. then I took my other two to Bergheim as I always have today (Monday) half an hour away for me! Let me just tell you, I will do the drive.. every single time! The level of care, knowledge and service is TOP NOTCH! I love them! My dogs love Dr. Fradkin, and Caden! It’s different, it really is!! Bringing a new guy next time Bergheim!! Thank you for being wonderful and taking care of my babies!!
