5 /5 Santana Mendez: Tommy gave me exactly what I wanted and was very professional. This was my first experience here and I’m definitely coming back Tommy made me feel at home. He ate on them duck nails and he made sure to give me my hello kitty charm. Daily did my feet and she gave me what I asked for and did my soak off so gently it didn’t hurt at all.

5 /5 Alicia Thornton: Dylan did a wonderful job on my daughter’s toe nails he was very friendly professional and creative, Melanie is also awesome! I can’t remember the guys name who did my nails but he’s amazing as well. I like that they take their time and listen and actually give you the type of nail you want, I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area by far the BEST nail salon I’ve been too since moving from Arizona! 5 star service

1 /5 Amber Moreno: This was my second time here and I left a review at that time because I was highly satisfied with the quality and my experience here. However today my second time back was not the case me and my daughter arrived at 6:04. We walked in checked in let Melanie know what services were needed etc. We waited almost an hour before actually being serviced. (No biggie we were walk ins) The issue I have is how unprofessional the owner is and how she completely disregarded that we were there before two walk in customers and put them before me! One came in as they were closing and the other customer walked in when we had already been there over 2 hours and had left and later returned around 9pm and wanted her pedicure and for them to get her in. 4 hours at the salon and I did not leave with what I asked for. Sat in the water over an hour and had polish removed and that was it. I walked out of the salon at 10:06 pm! She offered a 20% discount and for me to return the next day. I knew I didn’t want to come back and asked for it now but I still don’t feel it was enough for the time I spent and being put behind people who walked in after me. She was constantly on her phone worried about the reviews that were left showing customers in the salon. Disappeared for long periods of time and was not working on my daughters nails or tending to other customers she was just gone. Never again will we be back.

5 /5 Valeria De santiago: Loved the service. Nail tech, gabby was very friendly and did a great job on my nails! I have never been more satisfied with my nails. Salon is very pretty and clean. Would definitely come again!
