Santana Mendez Tommy gave me exactly what I wanted and was very professional. This was my first experience here and I’m definitely coming back Tommy made me feel at home. He ate on them duck nails and he made sure to give me my hello kitty charm. Daily did my feet and she gave me what I asked for and did my soak off so gently it didn’t hurt at all.

Alicia Thornton Dylan did a wonderful job on my daughter’s toe nails he was very friendly professional and creative, Melanie is also awesome! I can’t remember the guys name who did my nails but he’s amazing as well. I like that they take their time and listen and actually give you the type of nail you want, I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area by far the BEST nail salon I’ve been too since moving from Arizona! 5 star service

Amber Moreno This was my second time here and I left a review at that time because I was highly satisfied with the quality and my experience here. However today my second time back was not the case me and my daughter arrived at 6:04. We walked in checked in let Melanie know what services were needed etc. We waited almost an hour before actually being serviced. (No biggie we were walk ins) The issue I have is how unprofessional the owner is and how she completely disregarded that we were there before two walk in customers and put them before me! One came in as they were closing and the other customer walked in when we had already been there over 2 hours and had left and later returned around 9pm and wanted her pedicure and for them to get her in. 4 hours at the salon and I did not leave with what I asked for. Sat in the water over an hour and had polish removed and that was it. I walked out of the salon at 10:06 pm! She offered a 20% discount and for me to return the next day. I knew I didn’t want to come back and asked for it now but I still don’t feel it was enough for the time I spent and being put behind people who walked in after me. She was constantly on her phone worried about the reviews that were left showing customers in the salon. Disappeared for long periods of time and was not working on my daughters nails or tending to other customers she was just gone. Never again will we be back.

The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I leave happy. Whether I’m getting a manicure or pedicure, they always take their time, pay close attention to detail, and ensure my nails look perfect. Erin Johnson I’ve been living in Dallas five years and didn’t even realize this shop was there cause it’s hidden behind a Starbucks. I’ve been going to Shine that’s further up in the parking lot. Shine sent me here because a large party was coming and Beauty Times is the same owner. I loved my experience at Beauty Times very much. My tech was gentle with the nail drill when I told her my nails are sensitive. She did such a fabulous job that I’ll be visiting them again! So wonderful to have two shops as options. The owner does a great job maintaining both!

Elizabeth L Great pedi. So-so powder dip mani. May have gotten a new technician. The rotary tool got away from her a couple of times and I’ve got some ripped up cuticles to show for it. Pedi was great and I might try a different nail tech, but, not a great first visit.

Samantha Phelps You get what you pay for. I chose this place because the NexGen dipping powder manicure was more affordable than other places back home and the place had decent reviews When I got there, I was rushed to sit and pick a color. Then for the first 20 minutes the technician worked on me and chatted with another technician. Both of them weren’t following six feet distancing for myself or with each other which made me uncomfortable. Also, I discovered that the dipping powder was not the product promised on their website, NexGen. But instead she used different base and top coats from brands I had never heard of with an OPI powder. This felt a cheap betrayal. Additionally, she didn’t consistently apply the powder to my nails. Some of them look like they already have a weeks worth of growth from the cuticle. Speaking of cuticles, mine are stained from the powder and her not brushing it off between dips. It only got worse when she saw one of her regulars sit in a pedicure chair and said she’d be “right over”. She then rushed through the rest of my manicure making careless mistakes. The whole thing was done within 35 minutes. Normally I’d be thrilled with quick service but it was sloppy and I don’t think it will last long because of the mixing of products. Lastly, I was very enticed by the massages and pedicures I saw happening around me. If the salon or the technician were smart, they would’ve had a price list right there at my station and I likely could’ve been up sold. Instead I as just rushed out the door as the technician went to her other client. Overall, like I said. You get what you pay for. I got nails at a below market price and service at below market quality.

Danni W I bought the kiddos here to get their nails and feet done! I literally got here at 4p and 4 hours later Im leaving because they Dont know how to do nails fr! A basic polish for nails and toes took 4 hours! The manager was not helpful they redid the nails but painted over them! & and we all know they get to talking shit in their language. Their nails looked like they painted them their seven year old selves.. I couldve did their nails and feet and it wouldve look better then this. So I asked the manager for discount because I was still not satisfied with their work. She tells me she cant because Julia the receptionist is gone! Then I watched her call Julia because another customer was having a price discrepancy so she called Julia at that moment for that! I just laughed I would never be back! Drinks were not all that at all! Save ya time and find somewhere else. -1/10 do not recommend! Julia was great though! Real talk she was the best part of the visit! Thanks Julia

Melissa Bonilla I have came to this place for over 2 years now my mom and family also comes here time to time but over the time its just gotten worse and worse each visit. I went in yesterday for a Tropical pedicure with Michael the worst pedi ive ever had and actually this is my second time getting a pedi with him the first time i was way to embarrassed to say anything so i dealt with it this time i could not tolerate it . Its like he does it on purpose, first he put on COLD WATER , i told him the water was cold he does not even speak english so the water remained cold, Then he was trying to cut my cuticles with the cuticle scissors and he was going to deep he cut my skin off which i jumped and he thought i was being extra until he saw i was bleeding. He then went to get something to put on my cut and it was empty and he was just rubbing the bottle on my toe eww wonder how many people he has done that to hope i dont get an infection. once it came to the massage he but exfoliating scrub on my legs he was scrubbing aggressively he literally peeled my skin, and with the lotion he was like purposely pressuring pressure point with his nail super hard mind you i didnt say anything i was already irritated , soon i went to go pay i let the lady know in the front . SO BE CAUSE EVERYONE DO NOT GET A PEDI WITH MICHAEL . i went to destress and left MORE STRESSED.

J Edwards Rude and Horrible customer service. i had issues with my nails I went back and let them know what was the issue they were breaking and cracking is almost like the material that they use was old. They had an issue. It was mad at me because they didnt fix my nails correctly run as fast as you can from this place the customer service is horrible and they cannot do nails. I see why its always empty.

Winners I always come in and ask them to do a unique design. This one in particular I just had to give a review on because they got it down to a T! These came out so cute and they did an amazing job!!! I did dip with design and a pedicure! Came out to $120 before tip! Great price and I always feel taken care of! I will show the inspo and what I got!

candice vickers I have been to both locations but I favor the park lane one because I live closer. Both locations are AMAZING! From customer service, and skill with their nails. I do Gel X NAILS and gel pedicures with a pretty specific color and shaping. They nail it every time. The owner is so involved and cares so much about the happiness of the client and they are all just very detailed and wanting to ensure you leave happy with your result. More than 5 stars! The best nail salon in Dallas hands down. Gel X with funny bunny, I couldn’t barre less!, and thin white French tip. My Gel X just lasted 7 weeks with zero breakage. Thank you to all the staff and owner! I also have an autistic 6 year old who they convinced me to bring her to get her nails done … I was anxious at first but I took the chance and my daughter did SO well because of their guidance and welcoming. She now LOVES to do her nails.

Shyday Denise I was not offered a complimentary drink, although it is available. While the service was slightly slow due to a staffing shortage, the quality of their work is exceptional. The nail technicians are highly professional. Since relocating to Dallas, I have been searching for a reliable nail salon, and I believe I have found one. They provide quality service at very reasonable prices. I ensure to book my next appointment online to minimize my wait time.

Catherine Castillo First time here & I must say, the 40 minute drive was worth it. Lily did an amazing job making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Bao, did wonderful on my feet. I am not going back to Organic Nail Bar in Grand Prairie. I will make my drive each time because it’s worth every penny. I loved this place!!

Everyone from the young lady who set up out appointment to Ms. Helen to I believe to be the owner was absolutely wonderful.. if your ever in the dallas area definitely check them out you wont be disappointed.

Jailyn Flie I made a last minute appointment for dip powder and a pedicure and am so very happy I chose to go here. The salon is beautiful, the mojitos are delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Loan did my pedicure and was so gentle with my feet, and didn’t give me a hard time with my feet not turning exactly where she wanted them because of a medical condition. Heidi did my nails, and when I wanted a specific color she color matched it just for me. Both of them were so sweet and I like that there’s a 10 day warranty so if I crack one I can come get it fixed. I’ll probably be coming here again.

Kelley H Really didn’t love my experience here. It felt rushed. She didn’t paint close to my nail bed, you can see in the pictures that it looks like my nails grew out for a couple of days but this was the day after. Then my gel nails chipped after one day. Overall it just wasn’t worth it.

Jill Parish I’ve been coming to Bliss Nail Spa for many years, and I always leave happy with whatever service I had that day- manicure, pedicure or both. The staff is professional, kind and excellent at what they do. And, the nail spa is very neat and clean. For all these reasons and many more, I highly recommend Bliss Nail Spa.

Mandy Gleason The best nails in Dallas. By far. I’ve been seeing Tommy, the owner, for 10 years and have followed him to salons all over Dallas until he opened Bliss Spa a few years ago. Tommy has an amazing attention to detail AND is fast, which is a hard combination to find. I get dip and acrylic nails and they’re always super “thin” and natural - never thick and puffy. I’ve also seen Natalie many times and she’s wonderful too. The cherry on top is that Bliss is well-decorated and comfortable (again, not easy to find). Just make sure you go to the NW Hwy Bliss Nail SPA next to Target - there are a couple Bliss’ around Dallas so it’s easy to put the wrong one into GPS.

Grayson Mccarthy Love coming here been my number one and only spot for years!! The customer service is not comparable to anywhere else! They treat you like family and create a relationship with everyone that comes. I’ve sent multiple friends here over the years and they all love it too. Aside from how nice the customer service and experience here is my nails are always PERFECT. They can do anything you ask for and it’s usually better than the reference. I love it here and I will continue to come and send anyone in need of a recommendation here too.

Jocey Yolanda and Lin are the best! They’re so kind, welcoming, and actually listen to what you want. A lot of places rush through, but they take their time and make sure youre happy. I really appreciate that they actually cut my nails short like I asked—its such a small thing, but it makes a big difference! The whole experience is always relaxing, and they make you feel so comfortable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I wanted sharp nails for Halloween and Tammy did a great job with the shape, the color, and especially the cat eye effect! They have higher quality Human Touch massage chairs for the pedicures and they also have a full liquor bar

Sarah Aly This is the best nail salon, I can not recommend them enough! I go to Tammy for my lashes and nails, Jesse for my nails, and Peter for my toes! I have been going here for 4 years and never had a bad experience. I have also had waxing and massages done here as well. I am able to get appointments any time I need and they are always accommodating to my schedule and needs!

Tiffany Bohuchot First time I have tried this place. I recently moved to the area. I was seated immediately. Then had to wait 10 min before I was worked in. I was never offered any beverage or drink. Lady was very rough. She cut my toe. So no tip. Went to pay. I was charged an extra $1.50 for paying Apple Pay. Other nail place I have never been charged a fee paying with debit/credit or Apple Pay. Never will I return here again.

vanessa ruiz I took my niece do get her nails done there for the first time. The young man that was doing her nails did not talk at all. Seamed irritated while doing his job. He was done about half way through my service which was exactly the same. Her polish was on the cuticle and side of fingers. Cuticle was not cut or pushed back as I asked for. Her 2 nails fell off same day. The next day they were all cracked and looked horrible!!! I know she could have done a better job on her own nails. Not worth a visit for the price you pay. Do not waste your money and expect good service. If you’re in a hurry this is the place for you. They sure do rush u out of there. They act like it’s a race to turn over customers and it wasn’t even busy. Vivian was excellent on my service. That was the only positive of the visit. I am attaching a picture of my nails done by Vivian two weeks after and they still look good!

Katie Portillo I am visiting the area and stopped here to get my nails and toes done. I am not happy with my experience. The woman who did my nails did not let me relax at all. She rushed me and got snippy with me as well. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and just wanted to relax. Also, for the price my nails came out ugly. I lied and said I liked them because my family was waiting on me and I needed to leave. You can see in my pictures I have missing pigment and the color got into my cuticles. I paid $60 for the nails. They’re worth $5. Also, I had no cuticle trim or hand massage even though it was supposed to be included. However, I really liked Diane. She did my pedicure and she was extremely nice and did a very good job. I loved her. She is the type of person I’d like to receive this service from because she was kind, gentle and detailed. If I could I’d give her 5 stars.

Danna Brito They did an amazing job on both my hands and feet. Other places usually leave you with thick nails, not here, they look perfect. Their service is also an 11/10. Pretty quick too. Absolutely loved it. Every time they out do themselves. Henry made an amazing job on my nails. I loved them !!!

Alexis Garza I have came to this place 3 times now and both times were really good, but I just left and I felt like the guy was rushing the whole time. Some nails do not look almond shape, some are crooked. The design was okay, but I felt like I was overcharged.. I should have waited for T, he is really good. I still plan on going back, but with T. Update: T fixed them and theyre so cute now!! I love them. I will definitely be going back with T, if you go please ask for him. Owner was so nice as well and apologized.
