1 /5 Kimberly Kim: Horrible customer service very unprofessional we came in today and the “owner” greeted us and sat us down we asked for pricing she gave us different pricing we then sat down and got a final price of 65 for French nails we agreed after that she says 5 dollars more for French we said ok then after that no 10 dollars more for French we then said ok once again then after she mumbles something to a worker and they started speaking in there language and then proceeds to look at me and says I forgot it’s 25 dollars more for French because I have to draw them so she changed the price 3-4 times while we were there finally we said no and thank u and walked out I then went back and she greeted me again I asked for the owner and she laughed saying she was the owner and that if I don’t like her prices I could leave I’ll attach a picture of her so u know who it is and to the owner it’s not the price that we were upset about it’s the fact that u saw a dollar sign on us and kept raising the price every 5 minutes if that’s how u handle business I’m sorry to say you won’t last long and just fyi since I can’t complaint to a higher up and u think u can treat people that was because your the owner I will be contacting the better business bureau and reporting you and your business I believe pricing should be the same for everyone so that being said thank u so much
