1 /5 Katie Fitzpatrick: So sad to leave such a bad review, but this was truly the worst experience Ive had at this salon. Rather than listening to the client and allowing them to have a nice experience, they were far more concerned with getting me in and out even though they had literally just opened for the day. They would not let me take my time to choose a nail color despite me protesting. Instead they took the books out of my hands and rushed me over to the pedicure station. The manicurist would not wait for me to show her the shape nail I wanted and instead just started cutting. They turned out so short that my thumb hurt while she was filing it. The pedicure was also wrong. Hot stones were marked on my sheet. My mom got the wax though so they just did that to me too instead of reading my sheet. I also wasnt allowed to use the massage chair during the manicure. I paid $82 for this service and left so upset. For almost a hundred dollars, clients should feel relaxed, not like theyre a burden and being hurried through the process. Definitely will NOT be going back here.
