    Sa Rah: **If you want RUSHED and CARELESS nails, come to Deluxe Nails on W Northwest Hwy. Sad. I really wanted to like this place because its close to my house. I got a gel nail done for the first time and it was not a good experience. I had acrylic on before I got these done and the nail tech did NOT push my cuticles back and DID NOT PAINT MY WHOLE NAIL. So now they look stubby. This business does just enough to get their money and get you out of the door.

    Christy Barrett: The place itself was nice enough. However, I wouldn’t recommend Melinda. She disagreed with the services I wanted and tried, more than once, to push me into a service I didn’t want. Oddly, what I wanted was more expensive…so she was pushing a down-sell. I should have realized that meant she wanted to go home. She proceeded to rush my service resulting in nails of varying lengths and many different shapes - although I asked for almond (a $5 up charge BTW). The shapes were all tilted so they look crooked on my hands; I tried to fix it myself & did the best I could. The paint job was also rushed & appears sloppy to me. I surface is not even, you can see ridges/dips in many of the nails. All over a bad experience but I attribute that to the technician (Melinda) not the place itself. Definitely not worth the money. The more I’m typing the more frustrated I get. It’s hard to tell from pictures but these are poorly done.
