Jessica Price: Very clean and organized hospital. Nurses Karen and Mary Jane were so nice. My daughter had eye surgery and the doctors were very kind and did an awesome job.
Fran Aguilar: The only reason I give them a 1 start just to be able to post this I’m sorry u go here ur just wasting ur time I went in there for high blood pressure and they gave anxiety pills WTH my own physical doctor told me to go in cause I need to anyways then my husband got the flu gave him zinc and one pill that would help bill crap I can go on but don’t waste ur time it’s all about insurance and money it’s goat go at ur risk
star bird: i went here and i loved it! the staff are so kind, im a minor and kind of very young to be going to a psych ward. but the staff made me feel normal, and i felt so cared for!! i love u guys
Olivia Morgan: Great experience as always! This is the only urgent care we will go to. They took me back so quickly, I didnt even have time to start my paperwork. All the staff is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Facilities are clean and well kept. After my sons concussion last summer, they called to check on him a couple days after he was seen.
Nahir Soto: The staff are friendly and Dr. Elizondo is very approachable and seems to care about his patients.
However, the wait times are way too long. On previous occasions, I have had to wait approximately an hour to be called from the waiting area and then 30 minutes to be actually seen by the doctor in the exam room.
On a more recent occasion, I arrived literally 2 minutes past my scheduled time. Instead of being understanding about the situation, I was outright refused and told to come back and reschedule. While I could have understood being placed at the bottom of the list to be fair to other patients, I cannot understand how 2 minutes means losing an appointment. I lose an entire afternoon waiting to be seen, but 2 minutes is losing the appointment.
