3 /5 Donna Green: I have always had a great experience with Austin Heart until this visit. I waited almost 2 hours before Dr. Burket came in. I went through all check in reviewing, paced the floor and finally opened the door. The nurse said I was up next, he was just finishing up with another patient. Dr. Burket apologized and asked if the staff had told me he had an emergency. I told him no one said anything. When the Doctors have an emergency and cant see you right away, let the patient know when there is an emergency. That way we can at least know why he is so late.
