5 /5 Aaron Clemons: Just got home from ER, staff was incredible and so was the doctor. Everyone was so kind. I really didn’t want to go, but glad I did. Nurses were attentive and compassionate as was the doc. I’m very pleased. Total time was around three hours I believe, waiting on test results was the longest (normal for any ER). Best ER experience I’ve had in a long time.

They all spent the time necessary to assess my husband’s condition, answer all of our questions, and explain fully the options and why a certain one was best for him. It was very reassuring to experience genuine care from these medical care givers. Thank you so much!

1 /5 Britanie Bush: Nurse at the desk for the er was extremely rude, ignored my mom when she said what problems she was having (chest pain, left arm numb, and dizziness) handed her a paper she needed to fill out then sent to the lobby. She has had a heart attack before and they know it yet sent her to sit down like there was no problem. They do not care about their patients and it clearly shows!

1 /5 Tanissa Taylor: Im only giving this star for the few good employees Ive come across, and also, I cant write a review without one. My last experience at this ER was horrible! I took a family member in with complaints of a heart attack and explained to them that I could answer all questions needed and that my family member needed to be seen immediately. Well instead of them taking care of the patient first they were more concerned about filling out paperwork and getting a copy of the insurance card. I will never go to this ER again, I will just drive a few more miles and go to Smithville where they always put their patient first

5 /5 Betsy Powers: I cant say anything bad about this hospital. My elderly mother had to have emergency abdominal surgery. They were on top of the situation the entire time. To a person they were attentive and helpful. The nursing staff was outstanding. For a small hospital in a small town they are impressive! The people of Fayette County need to keep this gem.

Jeannie Cummings: I highly recommend Dr. Richard Roby to anyone needing a PCP. Dr. Roby is an excellent physician who truly knows and values his patients as individuals. I am always greeted by name and we have a conversation about my late husband who was his patient. He always thoroughly goes over my lab or other test results. He reviews my medication and supplements and gives me needed information about them, even ones that are prescribed by my specialist doctors. He listens and answers any questions that I may have. He or his nurse will contact me as a follow up when I have been ill.

Nick S: Terrible experience. They lied to me about my insurance coverage. Sent me to their partner company for physical therapy. Both companies told me my insurance covered the visits, which they were partially covered. Received a bill afterwards for the deductible amount, so the visits were not covered completely. Luckily I only went to 4 or 5 out of the 36 visits they had me scheduled. I was not charged until after I decided to no longer go, so it was only a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand. Find a better company that is honest, this one definitely can not be trusted.

Reiko Brown: I stopped, Toepperwein Rd location, to inquire about the free testing listed on their website and greeted the female at the front desk, who didn’t speak back nor smiled. She kept a very stern face and informed me I would need a referral and labs, that it’s not for insurance purposes but their policy. My suggestion is to not state on your site that you offer free high blood pressure or kidney function testing if patients need a referral. If our primary physician is referring us to you, obviously our numbers are not where they should be & we’ll have a referral for this, not the free testing. Also, place friendlier faces at the front since they are our first impression of the establishment. I would never recommend anyone here. It’s bad enough we are dealing with medical concerns, we don’t need a bad attitude as we enter.

Ella Haag: If I could give the ER zreo stars I would. This ER had major issues that ran from sub par care to lack of supplies to lack communication. My mother arrived by ambulance. After being wheeled in they, my mother and the EMS team, were slow to be acknowledged in anyway. They did not have a roller to get her from the gurney to the hospital bed. They did not have pillows. They left the call button out of reach. The doctors tone was combative and belittling. And, they lied to her about the pain medication they were administering. I have no doubt the medical professionals working here are understaffed and under supported. That is not their fault. It is the administration and board that runs this hospital that has driven them to this staggering depraved apathy. Shame on them. However, I do fault the staff for the way they treated my mother. Only one person showed her any kindness and for that person I am extremely grateful.
