Yesterday was one year since my right knee replacement & I’m scheduling the left knee next. After going to 2 Doctors for consultations and feeling like you were a number to be checked off we finally found out way to Dr Hussain. What a blessing. He is so knowledgeable however has the ability and takes the time to make sure YOU understand your diagnosis. To us that is the sign of real authentic care. His staff is just as wonderful as he is. Never sound like they wish they were some where else. Always patient with you. So the excellent care and service goes from the top down. Again, thats what you want. A team you can trust your care to. Thank you Dr Hussain for being you and taking care of both of us even though you just had one patient! If youre looking for excellence in every way... This is your Dr.

5 /5 Sultan Al-Jarbou: Dr. Hussaini and his staff are amazing. I drove an hour and a half just to see him, and believe me it was worth it. He is an amazing and humbled human being. Has a great sense of humor too, haha. After tearing my meniscus in my knee, he thoroughly discussed the available options with the goal of getting me back on my feet and enjoying life again. On the day of the procedure, I felt comfortable knowing that someone like him would be doing the operation. The surgery went extremely well, and I am now walking again in a little under two weeks post-surgery. I honestly cannot thank him and his staff enough. He is definitely a first rate surgeon, and I would most definitely refer him to anyone that may need orthopedic assistance.

They make you feel like you are the most important person they are seeing that day. No question goes unanswered. We were having problems getting a brace for my husbands knee and Dr. Hussaini himself Tracked one down. His office staff and PAs are also helpful and kind. I highly recommend Dr. Hussaini.

Jennifer Adkins: i left today because you have one doctor who always accusing of doing drugs or drinking which i do neither. he is the worst i did walk out . but even after i walked after pulling my iv out . and getting test results this hospital still has yet to call me known that one of the results most likely shows im in lactic acidosis being its well over 6.0 ibalso work in a hospital and i would never jeopardize my own job of some drugs or drinking .

Barking-In-the-Dark: It really depends on who you get at this clinic and I wish I could do a review for each of those encounters. Since I dont think I can, Im leaving 3 stars. The receptionists are wonderful, nice, cheery and sometimes even joke with you. Ive had good nurses that take me to my room and are full of compassion. But Ive also had some mixed experiences with health care providers.

Erica Caldwell: Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didnt check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!

Meghan Lawson: I absolutely hate Scott and White with every fiber of my being. The only reason I still used them was because my old primary doctors PA went over to this clinic. I love Tegan but everyone else they employ are absolute garbage. They will gaslight you and make you think nothing is wrong with you. They do the old "its because youre overweight" when it has nothing to do with your weight. I was supposed to have an appointment today at 6pm, virtually. Im waiting and waiting because the last time I had a virtual visit they send you an invite link to join the video chat. 6:20 rolls around and I call. I get the switch board and they try to call the clinic. No answer. Shocker... Then she tells me Im marked as "No Show". Seriously? Couldnt even be bothered to call to ask if theres an issue? Nothing. Absolute garbage. Im done. Theyre not getting any more of my money. This is what monopolies do. They run the business down for the community.

The staff was pleasant and respectful. I recommend this Healthcare provider.
