Barking-In-the-Dark: It really depends on who you get at this clinic and I wish I could do a review for each of those encounters. Since I dont think I can, Im leaving 3 stars.
The receptionists are wonderful, nice, cheery and sometimes even joke with you. Ive had good nurses that take me to my room and are full of compassion.
But Ive also had some mixed experiences with health care providers.
Erica Caldwell: Arrived at the clinic at 10:40 for an 11:00am appointment for my son. Checked in and then sat in the lobby for an hour. When I asked why other people were being seen before, they informed me that she didnt check us in correctly and that the next available appointment would be at 2pm. I had no choice but to take it and wait. We drove 30 minutes to get here and did not have the time to go back home. We checked back in for the 2pm appointment at 12. 30. We continued to wait in an empty lobby until they called him back at 1:03pm. It is now 2:15pm and I am still sitting in an empty lobby waiting for him to be seen. Having been to the other clinics in the area, this one is substantially sub par in comparison to the customer service we recieved other places. I Understand mistakes happen however the front desk lady was rude and offered no apology , instead told us to go have lunch, while my son sat there with a fever. Not funny at all! If you have the choice do not choose this location. Very bad customer service!!
Meghan Lawson: I absolutely hate Scott and White with every fiber of my being. The only reason I still used them was because my old primary doctors PA went over to this clinic. I love Tegan but everyone else they employ are absolute garbage. They will gaslight you and make you think nothing is wrong with you. They do the old "its because youre overweight" when it has nothing to do with your weight.
I was supposed to have an appointment today at 6pm, virtually. Im waiting and waiting because the last time I had a virtual visit they send you an invite link to join the video chat. 6:20 rolls around and I call. I get the switch board and they try to call the clinic. No answer. Shocker... Then she tells me Im marked as "No Show". Seriously? Couldnt even be bothered to call to ask if theres an issue? Nothing. Absolute garbage. Im done. Theyre not getting any more of my money. This is what monopolies do. They run the business down for the community.
Teri McKown: I switched to this group recently. The MD I met with was an excellent listener and very thorough in reviewing my medical records. She asked pertinent questions (new patient) and was easy to communicate my wants and needs.
The check in was easy and I didnt need to wait. Nor did I need to wait once I was taken to the exam room.
The staff was pleasant and respectful.
I recommend this Healthcare provider.
Erica M- ProDOcers Word of God: I and my daughter had a marvelous experience. I can say parent availability is probably the key thing to the treatment actually working. Everyone was attentive and hands on to both me and my daughter. The recommendations was great, its an investment, but the therapy is actually helping us both. Thanks to the entire staff. My daughter was there for 30 days and neither of us are perfect but were both BETTER after her stay. She dont even talk back like she used to. I truly recommend this place for any parent and child, but be willing to invest in your kids treatment afterwards and be available while your child is in patient. Jackie Goode: My regular doctor moved to Dallas area and I had chose another doctor. I picked Dr. Mc without knowing anything about him. It was a good choice on my part. Im very fortunate to be in his care.

Barking-In-the-Dark: Wonderful and an extremely compassionate doctor. Listens to all my concerns and tries to find ways to help me through them even if the normal care plan doesnt work with / help me.
Becca: Almost 17 months ago my husband told me that we needed to find a pediatrician that was closer to home and worked more hours to accommodate our busy work schedules. Today proved why we choose to take almost a 30 minute drive and go to see her based on the few days she does work. Dr. Baca is not only our familys pediatrician, she is our price of mind. She allowed me to cry in her office and her reassure me. And at the end of it all when we say thank you she replied "dont thank me yet, thank me when hes better". As long as she works for McLane Childrens Scott & White Clinic in Belton we will go there!

Candice Bower: I brought my two kids to get seen here for the flu and the staff were extremely friendly! We were in and out in about an hour. I was very pleased with the doctor’s bedside manner and loved how he spoke to my kids. I will definitely go here first before another urgent care in the future.
